The lady in the office was very helpful. I only had part of the reservation complete and she was able to help me finish the reservation and finish setting everything up. I didn't realize the unit comes with a lock, that helped out a lot. I appreciate all of her help. the unit is clean and has mouse poison to help protect our stuff. the entire place is very nice and clean.

Sometime around.1997ish I rented a U-Haul trailer & over time I rented more & since that time I've rented several units just like the 3 we've rented in the past 6 mos. I can honestly say there IS NOT ONE storage facility within 35 miles that can/could hold a candle to the Absalute Perfect Friendly Service we reccieved at Tiger Self Storage in Pryor on EVERY inch of EVERY service. Cheri is so kind, anytime we had an issue: For example-move into a bigger/smaller unit or needing our auto pay date changed literally every issue no mater small or big it was taken care of quickly. And NOT one time did Cheri or any of the staff ever raise a voice or show any sign of rudeness or frustration or disrespect. Only professional kindnes. We will definitely be back again . Never again to another storage unit besides the one & only Tiger Storage in Pryor, Oklahoma where you can even freely support our True President Trump.
