Dropped off after hours. Could not get the online drop-off to work on my phone. Was fortunate the location did not charge me the extra fee for after hours drop-off. Not happy with the stress involved but was happy didn't get charged.

We couldn't get a trailer at the closest location. We had to drive 20 miles out of our way to pick up the trailer. The person we rented from was unprofessional and rude. Never again with Uhaul.

I got a last minute (30 minutes before pick up time) call from Richmond to say my location changed for pick up, a location 20 miles different from my orginal. Told a text was coming and the call was disconnected when I started to question the details. Josh at Tiger saved the day, explained the situation and was over the top helpful. I would have rated the pick up poorly if not for Josh. Thanks Josh.

I had an 5 x 8 trailer, but when I look at it it was to small, and they didn't have another one, so I packed what ever I could but leaving behind a very important items, I recommend having a bigger trailers in the future and Believe me people would be happy.

A receipt showing that I dropped off trailer. Because the last time we rented a trailer they tried to charge us for extra days. We were debating on going with U-Haul again. But the guys in St Petersburg put in a good word for U-Haul to me. And we returned it 3 days early and I didn’t receive a return receipt. He said he couldn’t give me one.

Customer service was great but we were told we might have to pay a little more but not over a hundred. I just wish we were given correct info cause another hundred and some alot that's no deal. So I was very disappointed we even dropped it off at 530 it's on time so I just don't understand that much for less than twenty four hours rental very disappointed.

The back of the truck was dirty when I picked it up. However the man at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

U-Haul should anonymously visit this store and confirm that it can be used as a flagship example for all other stores to follow. They always pick up the phone. If they have to call you back (rarely, if ever), they do (within minutes, as promised). Rentals are professional and friendly. The equipment is in excellent condition. The store is clean. Somehow they remember you, even if it's been more than a year since your last visit. I loath doing surveys, but for this store I will. The service is that good!

This worked out great for me. I drove past 3-4 locations to get to my drop off location. Found out some dealers only take certain type of returns. Mine was a trailer. Would ask UHaul corporate to change that process. It’s about the customer right? My drop off location was great but added additional miles to move.

The only thing I didn't like the tires you use a really hard rubber so that makes the truck bounce a lot other than that everything was fine and I understand the reason you use those tires so they last longer

It was not this locations fault but I drove an extra 25 miles out of the way to pick up my vehicles. My trip to another state took me over an hour longer because of the pick up point.

I rented a u haul truck and I filled it up with gas when fininished using it, and got a call from you all stating it wasn't full, and it was sitting on full when I returned it. They sais I still owed almost 8 more dollars, for gas. I paid 81 dollars to rent it aand you want me to pay 8 more dollars, which I don't think I owe

I rented a trailer to take my Jeep Wrangler back to Atlanta. Josh was great, Tom was very good too. They both gave me helpful hints for towing and hooked me right up. I was sent an email with a link to fill out paperwork online so there was no waiting!

Why does it take so long for the employee to complete the paper work on the computer? This happens at all the Uhaul places I've been too..Uhaul needs to make the checking out process that the employee has to do on the computer faster. It's very annoying to sit and wait 15-20 minutes for the employee to fill out the information on the computer.

Independent U-Haul rep cooperative and flexible; cheerfully accepted our request for a revised drop-off location to his site, and adjusted his personal schedule Sunday morning to make sure we were able to return the truck within the 4-day contract period -- coincidentally saving us excess mileage in the process.
