The employees spoke very broken English and had a hard time communicating. After waiting for over 20 minutes for the employee to fill out my paperwork, I took over and filled out the remaining information

Charles MI had no problem adding insurance "if" I wanted it. The lady added it to my total and charged me with out asking. It's recommend not required. What if that was my last money and she just took it without my acknowledgement. My 2nd encounter was when returning it, I kept telling them I'm trying to return, the return guy just sits there, then get on the phone makes a reservation with a new client and still didn't acknowledge I was there or even tell me hold on they'll be right with me. He just kept ignoring I was there I guess, until he wanted to. They only want the money can careless about the person.
brenda hThe young lady that I spoke with to rent trailer is doing double duty as store clerk and U-haul rental. She was very nice but they seem unprepared for rental customers. When I returned the trailer no one knew what to do. They attempted to call someone but the person was not available. I ended up with a hand written note that said I returned the equipment. Again the person (lady) was very friendly but they are not prepared. Trailer worked great and had no complaints with the equipment

joe sHad a reservation for a 20ft when inspecting it I found the cargo area to be very dirty and even had poop in it. When I went inside to tell the guy at the counter I was told I went through online so I would have to contact them there! So I did and they said alls they had was the 26 ft one so that's what I got then just to have to go to another location for the dolly I had also reserved and once at that location I see MANY 20ft trucks!!! I also was charged for a dolly that I didn't even get from this location just to have to call customer service to have that charge refunded in 5-10 business days!!! Very unacceptable for the truck to be in the shape it was in as I spent an extra hour changing trucks and chasing a dolly down which cut into my moving time!! Zero remorse or compensation offered!! Didn't even get an I'm sorry.
Carissa NBe faster , have internet that works. The secondary safety chain was broken and dragging. The girl who helped me was very nice but the internet was not working properly , so it took almost 20 minutes even after I filled out all of this on line.
Ed BThe owner was very friendly. The facility only had one decent jack that was being used and had to use a small jack that took forever to put the trailer on my vehicle. Also, the tags on the trailer were expired.

KIM BI returned the equipment 5 hours after renting it (was allowed 24 hours). Yesterday I received an email that I was charged an extra day. My son rented a 15' truck and returned it to the same place and he was charged over $200 extra. The UHAUL place listed as returned to obviously doesn't check equipment in until they feel like doing it.
Melissa CManager over charged me over charging me for the Uhaul. I spent a total of $400.00 Ridiculous!!! Ill never use this location again.

Gary ACommunication was a huge issue . We couldn't understand the individual as they had not yet mastered English . So it was very difficult . Prior to arriving at this location I used the check in option online. Paid for it online. They charged me an extra 33.00 . I asked them about it but could not understand a word they were saying except for one, and said return . So I thought they meant it would be refunded upon drop off. When it was time to drop off the trailer, the first place we stopped at in Fayetteville, Arkansas, didn't know how to check it back in. They had U haul trucks there but the lady said no one there knew how to rent them out or check them in. So we had to go somewhere else to drop the trailer off. We then went to a u haul place at 806 twin city drive. They were awesome. However we were told that there was no drop off option on our reservation/contract. They told me I would have to call Tiger Express back and have them go in and add their location as the drop off. She explained that I would get charged 100.00 if it wasn't added. So I called Tiger Express and tried to explain it to them. Again communication was a huge problem. We could not understand them . So I handed the phone to the agent at 806 Twin City Dr. in Springdale Arkansas. She too was have much difficulty in communicating with them at Tiger Express. They told her they couldn't go back in and change anything. They hung up and she tells me I'm so sorry but you will have to call corporate and get this added. Long story short, we called and they promptly got it fixed. I told them about the added charge to my card and they fixed that as well and said we should have it back on my card in 5-7 business days. The people at Tiger Express should maybe learn better English or have an interpreter there . And train them to n how to properly do the contract, meaning asking about drop off which we told them Arkansas. And to add another U Haul number besides their store number. Were they polite? Yes. Very. Just could not understand them. The first store we stopped at to return the trailer was at 4450 East Huntsville Road , Fayetteville Arkansas. They need to be trained how to rent them out and check them in.

Kevin Mthe lady that helped me was really nice. the rental process of very slow though. adding a bar code scanner to scan the drivers license would speed the process up greatly. .
WILLIAM EThe clerk was friendly and helpful and very pleasant nothing bad to say about her or her attitude. She had to struggle with uhauls system several times on what seemed to be a outdated laptop that kept freezing up after being in line for more than an hour the uhaul district manager did the contract remotely and charged me for the insurance I didnt want. The clerk offered to have him fix but I declined I wasn't wanting to wait any longer . I felt an hour and half was long enough. The rental should have been complimentary after the hoops I jumped through. Not sure if I'll ever attempt a one way rental again
Robert WI reserved and paid for my rental trailer online. When I arrived at the pickup location they said they needed my driver's license and credit card and had to input on their computer everything I did online. Then they tried to charge me $60 more. Then their computer communicating to the UHAUL computer was not working. So they had to contact a UHAUL supervisor to get them to do the check-in. I was standing there for appx 45 minutes. My feet and legs started to fall asleep. I had a very poor experience.

Jordan KI had to go way to Dyersburg to pick up a uhaul truck and I put the gas back where it was and I was still charged a gas fee on my card.so I will never again rent a truck through uhaul rental service. Gracias
YVONNE NHad a reservation for a appliance dolly and when I was there to pick up was informed that they no appliance dollies at this location. Also upon making reservation had to make multiple calls to make sure the reservation was correct and finally all corrections were made after almost two hours of phone calls.

Stephanie BI called the Uhaul number to make necessary changes to my reservation. I was given a final price and hung up from the call. Within 15 minutes I was called back and told the final amount was almost 100 dollars higher than the previous rep told me. I feel they should have honored the quote if the error was on their part and not increased my price because they didnt do their job accurately.
LAURA JWell you lost me as a customer everything was fine till I called and talked to a customer service rep I was running about an hour late the lady said I would not be charged and when i dropped the truck off you charged me 54$ for being late which I was told i would not be charged for earlier that morning
Amy PVery nice Lady check in the truck upon me arriving a day early to drop it off. Fuel mileage is very poor in the 15' truck. However the overall experience was a very good one. Again the Lady that checked me in was Very Pleasant to deal with.
Joyce DOver charged!!!!! Wouldn't listen to us when we told them we were only going 90 miles and charged us for 355.00! Going to start using Budget Rental!!!!

jatinkumar pthe customer before us did not return the equipment as per their contract to the location we were to get it from. this caused some delay but the man found us the same equipment at another location and we were able to get it there even though they were closed and still make our trip as planned he could have just as easily told us it was not returned and there was nothing he could do but he went the extra mile to fix it for us
