Location could not find my reservation. They didnt have the appliance dolly i needed. Instead thought 2 regular dollys would do. Solf my wife buckle straps when she asked for ratchet straps. Had to pay with a different card because the card i used on the website couldnt be found. Lackadazacle attitude toward the whole process.

They need to teach all their employees the system as well as manners. No customers want a burp in their face. Also, if you have a rental scheduled at a certain time, the trucks should be checked in and ready. I didn't need to hear him grumbling about trucks not being checked in and how much work he will have to do. I also didn't have an extra 30 minutes to wait. If I wanted the truck at 8:45 I would not have scheduled it for 8:15.

U Haul needs to update their site with locations that have available trucks. Had to change my plans twice because there were no trucks/vans available or my locations weren't open like the website stated.

INITIALLY MADE A RESERVATION THROUGH SOUTHWOODS STORAGE OF COLUMBIA/DUPO. ARRIVED AS INSTRUCTED IN PERSON AT NOON 9/5 TO FIND NO TRAILER (IT WAS THERE THE DAY BEFORE) AND NO STAFF. Uhaul get a up to date uhaul system. These guys were quiet efficient but the uhaul software was less than stellar and these guys said this happens sometimes. Good shop but a big scratch on uhauls end of "paper work"

Make sure every customer knows how to operate everything, but the service was very good. I would definitely recommend this UHaul Service to family & friends.

they asked if I wanted the standard package and I was under the inpression that was the $19.95 plus the mileage. However at checkout they charged me for insurance which should have been explained.

I paid for my deposit by credit card but once I returned the vehicle, I used cash to complete the transaction. Instead, they took my cash and charged my credit card. Twice!

I was scammed. The employees at this location did not take me to the u-haul truck and verify the mileage. I was over charged by 20 dollars. I only drove 53 miles and they charged me for 68 miles. I would never used that location. again and probably not use u-haul in the future..

When we got it home we thought it was riding rough so we checked the air in the four trailer tires and had 30 in one tire, 43, 50 & 65 - quite a range!! I thought U-haul would care enuf about their equipment to have the proper amount of air in the tires but I guess not. When we lifted the tailgate there was a used hypodermic syringe sitting right there... UGH!! The people where we picked it up were really nice but we requested four times to pick it up in our local town and were told we had to go two towns over to get it... Very frustrating .. It's like the u-haul people just wanted to drop it off at THEIR closest convenience and not the customers. Will physically go in to request the next time as I'm sure the LOCAL dealer could probably get what we want so he gets the commission rather than let UHaul dictate what they want.

I made a res. on the net and the first place and only place that had the trailer that I needed at that time was in east st louis. when I got there it wasnt open and when he showed up, he told me to go somewhere else and f### off he didnt want to rent anything anymore. thats when I called the 800# and someone onthe phone found a trailer for me at thrifty hardware in Cahokia. they were very nice and fast with the pickup and drop off of the trailer. THANK YOU for fixing a bad situation and I hope you can fix the other location.

The prices for the uhaul are high..u have to pay for mileage and put gas in the uhaul...that's extreme...what's the purpose of mileage if the customer is already paying a fee to rent it and for gas..the customer service I received was great though...I wouldn't recommend uhaul due too their prices...I would recommend the hardware store that is the authorized dealer

I was charged $45.94 for fuel PLUS the $30 refueling charge. I drove 43 miles. The $3.50 per gallon fuel charge is supposed to be for fuel actually used - not just the reading on the gas gauge. I was charged for 13.13 gal. of gas. Do your trucks really get only 3.27 mpg? I would like to see the receipts for the gas fill-ups immediately before and after I used this truck to see if 13.13 gallons of gas was really used to travel 43 miles.
