Ava BIf I dropped off the truck early before you opened and hours before my drop off time. No one was there yet why in the world would you charge a $20 after hours service fee? What did you service it’s only $20 but it’s the principle seems like a way to get more money from people not happy about that. Everything else was fine but that ruined Irma for me.

Todd YVerify with customer the level of fuel tank at check in!! I was told by the owner that the level was at 3/4 however it was below that. To make certain I added MORE fuel than I used, I added 6.3 gallons of fuel ($20) and only drove 37 1/2 miles per both our calculations. The 20' truck is rated to get 10-12 miles to the gallon, therefore at worse case I only used 3.75 gallons of fuel. However the owner said the gauge shows I owed for 2 MORE gallons. 8.3 gallons of fuel for 37 1/2 miles is not only inaccurate but an insult to my intelligence.

Cassidy MDo not double book. I was lucky to have arrived first. My move was local and I had already paid a team to arrive. It would have cost me several hundred dollars if I had to find another truck. Could have cost me what had already paid. So PLEASE ensure your customer does not get “screwed “.

Robert lArrived 30 minutes early to make sure I had time to check out the truck. Upon arrival at a tire store which only had 2 trucks I advised a young man I was there to get the 20footer. He went and told another kid who said be there after finished unloading a 1/2 semi of tires. After 15-20 minutes i went to him and advised I was on a time frame with hired help which he replied go check it out yourself with the app. After doing this it would not allow me to complete the entire check out to get key from lock box. I advised him and he again said when he was done unloading the truck he would help! Over an hour later we were able to get the truck and leave. Terrible service as it should not take 1.5 hours to check out a truck. This put my entire day behind costing more labor hours for my staff!
