I made reservations but when I got there I still had to wait approximately 30 minutes when I was the only one there. I also reserved a 20 footer and explained to the reservationist my needs, but when I got there I was only able to get a 15 footer when seriously delayed and complicated my pick-up of materials for COVID-19 victims.robert M.

Improve The Warsaw Inn on their Sanitation Grade level of 80%. Been posted on front window for long time. With the COVID-19 virus, it is even more important to have a better rating for the many people who stay at the Inn & UHaul Rentals that go into the front office for pickup & return. The owners of the Inn are nice, but the overall health report Grade 80% is just unacceptable.Linda F.
Representative would not come out to very trailer was returned in great shape. Would not give any type of paperwork indicating it was returned. Her only was concern (asked Many times) if we put gas in the TRAILER. We explained it is a trailer, it does not use gas. She kept asking if we filled the gas tank. The return was frighten to me, because I didn't think I could remove the vehicle from the transporter. However, the location owner went beyond to support dismounting and disassemble of the transporter. I did not have to touch nor participate in the breakdown. Again, very professional support. Most people have phones that require a usb charging port! You have 1/8th music in connection... but no usb port for charging! For long trips people use a map app like I did yesterday... luckily I didn't travel but 2 hours! Thank you for helping with my move! Jerry HatfieldJerry H.

I didnt inspect the truck prior to getting home. Once the rear door was opened, I found the aluminum plate above the fuel tank/sending unit to be unriveted/broken and leaving a gapping hole. This truck shouldve never been rented to anyone.thomas S.

I had dropped the trailer off at a location that had just survived a hurricane 3 weeks earlier so I have to take that into consideration.Angie V.
Upon arrival to drop off trailer owner did literally nothing. Didn't even take my name or info off trailer. Just said Park it in grass. I ended up having to try and unhook trailer alone in the middle of a yard. The hotel that this is located at was hands down the nastiest place I've ever been for a hotel. I am typically not a picky person but this place was highly unacceptable.Jamie C.
Well, I set up my reservation for a 26' truck with an auto transport at Grand Rental Station in Clinton, NC. I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 9 am on the 5th. I called the afternoon of the 4th and asked if my truck would be there in the morning because I did not see it on their yard that evening? They told me that i would have to drive to pick up the truck where ever it was, TBA they would let me know as soon as it was located. The call came in saying My truck was at the Warsaw Inn in Warsaw,NC 33 miles from me and that I could pick it up there at 9 as reserved, however, I received a call from U-haul Dispatch in Florida telling me that my truck would not be there until 11:00 am because the previous renter needed it longer. So when I got there at 11, I got the truck and auto transport and left to start Loading (This put me behind a day on my departure).As for the truck, There was cigarette ashes all over the dash, floor and door pockets, the AC worked but the blower (fan)did not. It gradually cooled going down the road. Glad it was not July @ 105 degrees oh and before I set out on my trip, I checked the oil and it was (1/2) low between the marks.May be due an oil change soon. Anyway overall it got me there. My Question is, are these U-Haul rental locations responsible for checking the equipment before it goes back out? I will say, that they did compensate me for the pickup delay with an extra day and extra mileage and the attendants were very nice.DENNIS L.

This location in my home town was not clean the staff did not no what they were doing. The charge $429.00 to my card that they should have not charged. They could not locate the documents to show why they charge my card and I had to call the corporate office to have a refund. I will play extra milage not to use this location again. When I took off with it...sounded like the tires were flat..couldn't go no faster than 40mph.. called manager..but. they referred me to 1800number...I put 20 gas in uhaul truck and drove two towns over and back to Warsaw..and dropped uhaul truck back off to motel. (Had truck for about 6hrs)...Told the manager the rear tires is shaking bad..but he said it must be the cold.. and the transmission act like it didn't want to change... He checked me out after looking it over and said it was just cold..and it was cold...but horrible ride....RAYMOND W.

Truck was not maintained, had to put 4 quart of oil in engine, Oil filter was loose and leaking oil. Had to tighten filter up so oil would quit leaking. Engine would have blown up had we not caught it. One rear light was not working and we had to fix that. Plus was supposed to get truck a week earlier but were not allowed to take it because location said computer system was down resulting in extra expenses for us.STEVE Y.

For the most part the truck was decently clean. The pick up location however was not. The inn office smelled like someone had been cooking foreign food and the smell was overwhelming. The office was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Cob webs, dirt, dust, run down furniture, damaged tvs for sale right there in the office... could definitely be improved. That being said, it was very convenient to have a rental place nearby on such short notice as we had 2 days to move out. If there was another cleaner rental place nearby I would use that next time but unfortunately the warsaw inn is the only option in this area.ABBY A.

I am absolutely appalled at the U-Haul pick up location. It was dirty, dingy, unorganized and disgusting. The gentlemen who assisted me barely spoke to me and simply had me sign a few pages and gave me the key without further explanation or anything. I had to ask which vehicle I was supposed to use because he just gave me the keys and walked away. Then when I got to the 15' truck, as soon as I opened the door, the weather strip fell on top of me and the gentleman had to come fix it. He didn't review the truck or look at it with me, just gave me the keys without any explanation or help. Then, as I began driving the vehicle to my home, I noticed the cab was filled with flies and this putrid smell was emanating from within. As I looked around, there was dirt and grim caked all over the dash, floor, seats, and surrounding areas. Behind the driver's seat was stale and moldy french fries. To make matters worse, there was a crack on the windshield that wasn't noted and the driver's side door wouldn't close without extreme force, otherwise, I could hear the wind blowing through it. I had to spend two days driving across the US in this vehicle and have called this location over a dozen times to no avail. I am beyond disappointed in my U-Haul experience. The car dolly that I rented had old straps and equipment that wouldn't work properly. When I went to drop off the dolly, the gentleman working at the store worked for over 30 minutes attempting to loosen the straps around my tires to no avail as well. He had to cut a strap off of my car and said to me that the equipment was old and needed to be replaced. I will continue to tell everyone I meet to never use U-Haul and that it isn't worth the $1,000+ that I spent to rent their equipment. Highly disappointing. This move was quite traumatic for me. I had to switch to this location when the truck I reserved was unavailable. The corporate office told me that they would give me extra miles to make up the difference for switching locations. This was not on the paperwork when I got there, the owners were very rude when I wanted the paperwork to reflect the changes.Benjamin M.
