I checked in the uhaul myself they still charged me the $20. I called uhaul and was told that someone would be calling me back to fix it and I havent heard from anyone. So I just lost money because people cant do their jobs.

I would recommend this location because it is convenient if you live near there. However, the dispatchers are not well trained, they are not proficient with the computer, they are rude. They cost me almost $200. Indianapolis took the time to research their error. I’m currently waiting reimbursement.

Make sure the employee there for the pick up process knows what they are doing, go over return policy if the business is closed and make sure the customer knows your business hours.

Be sure to have the equipment available before it is rented. ie.,,, appliance dolly and,, the truck that was ordered. Had to go to 2 different uhaul dealers.

Very easy to rent and return. We drove fewer miles than expected, so they even adjusted the total due after we returned the van. The van was a little dirty, but overall in great condition.

When I called to reserve the truck I was initially told I would have the truck for 24 hours. On the day I arrived to pick up the truck I was told I would only have the truck for 12 hours, even though I never agreed to that. The time frame of 12 hours wasn't even mentioned to me on the phone. The girl at the counter basically said there was nothing they could do since they had already rented the truck out the next morning. This caused me to have to rush through my moving process much quicker than I had planned for. On top of that the girl wasn't very attentive or clear with me during the checkout process. She kept checking her cell phone repeatedly through the whole transaction. There is a lack of professionalism at this location. Definitely not the good experience I've had with other Uhaul dealers. I've never had a customer experience this bad from Uhaul and I always use Uhaul trucks to move.

get better tires on your truck,this truck spun tires to the point we got stuck in wet grass. it also spun tires on dry pavement. I was charged twice on my credit card, two different amounts 41.08 once which is per contract and 50.51 then again which is n/a

had an appt for your other location in my area they were a no show had to find this location because of the delay time my help left had to get other help delayed my moving time and expenses causing me to be three days late on my moving incurring additional cost to me both for the uhaul and movers I was 5 to 10 min late on my return and was charged for a full day so over all I was very unhappy with your service

The staff was very pleasant and helpful.. She knew her product and did all of the running back and forth to allow for drop off process. Very helpful. The office is in a very clean laundromat and it smells wonderful in there.

When I returned the equipment the CS person was busy folding clothes. Apparently she didn't enter my return until after 4 pm and I got charged another day. When I tried calling U Haul CS to resolve this I was then put on hold for 10 minutes then my cell phone dropped the call. Also the first rainstorm the lights stopped working. I would not recommend Uhaul at all this was not my original reservation they messed up the first one.

The original drop off location stated they didnt want any more trailers dropped off due to having too many. The second location was actually in the process of relocating, so this was actually the THIRD attempt to return the equipment. The help was friendly and helpful.
