Please be sure to provide the right key for the correct truck so that your customers don’t get miles out before being told (as they expected) that they had the wrong truck despite that being the key that fits it. If you are on location where the UHaul is distributed, and you see us visit the key box multiple times, clearly confused, please be sure to check with the customer (especially if you say you saw them through the establishment door when you called to get the truck back, at least 15min into the drive). The truck was fine for what it was used for, though. I understand how mistakes happen; it’s just frustrating on the customer side.

The U-Haul was great. I just wish they would have let us know about all the extra fees when telling us how much they were charging for the U-Haul. We ended spending 45 more dollars than we were initially told.

When I called to check if they had a truck was available. First she said no then when I got there she tells me yes she has my size I wanted then the truck was nasty I had to clean it out before I could put my stuff in it .when I returned the truck I told her about it but didn't do anything about it. They told me at first the truck would be $29.95 a day when I returned they told me it was $57.00 a day .I was mislead all the way around and not satisfied with the service or the overall quality of my visit or the rental equipment.

Was too late at night to give a description of property, they were closed because we arrived way after hrs due to the delays,very tight parking for the bigger vehicles. Just overall unhappy with this experience for the $420 that was spent for the service.

A/c didn't work, abs brakes were on,traction control lights were on,driver door wouldn't stay latched, truck was old and filthy, dog hair inside the cab I was very disappointed in the experience.

The online and service in person was great. We returned it a day early and was not charged for the next day, which we hadn't expected and thought it was exceptionally nice. I can't speak well enough of the attentive and kind local service. HOWEVER, this vehicle should be retired from the road. Among the many things not up to par for this style of a rental vehicle include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. AC could only stay in the on position 2. The door is warped and it took GREAT STRENGTH to close it and get the "door ajar" sign to go off 3. The steering wheel could not be adjusted and my wife, 5 ft 4, had great difficulty seeing over it 4. The cargo part REEKED of cat urine 5. On a couple of occasions the transmission pulled like it wasn't going to change gears 6. While it was fairly clean, meaning no junk or trash in it, it felt and looked dirty and had a noticeable odor in the cab as well 7. It didn't feel like the tires were in alignment 8. It felt so rickety, that had this not been an in town local move with only 50 miles or less round trip to go, I would have declined to rent it after I started it up and got a feel for it.. This vehicle is in no shape what ever to be driven for any distance at all, anyway, ESPECIALLY with a heavy load in it. Neither my wife or I felt safe when we were in it or driving it. We have rented a truck from here before and it was great, no complaints, and we put 800 miles on it. This one though, driving it packed and loaded from Somerset to Lexington would be too far for it, IN MY HUMBLE opinion. We would rent from here again though, but hopefully will get a better vehicle next time.

One hour after truck was returned Uhaul called asking when the truck would be returned and not in a friendly tone. Need to revisit their return process.

They did 3 different contracts when it should have been one, I feel I was overcharged, I asked for an extra day to return on Wednesday, instead of Tuesday, since I was doing the moving on my own I remember when you Uhaul included the dolly in the truck, now is separate contract? Really? Specially for a large 26 foot long truck… Lady in Oxford Alabama was super nice and work with me and very professional

Horrible experience with this location. We drove the Uhaul only 10 miles round trip;the gas hand didn't even move, and the lady charged us a $20.00 fuel fee. Tried to explain that we only drove the truck 10 miles and she just gave us a very hard time and even began to cry when were trying to discuss the issue. We have rented Uhauls for the last 11 years at this time of year from this very same location. This will be the last year we ever rent due to the poor customer service we received.

I recommend that UHaul audit their locations - especially in rural areas. There is no location in Jamestown Kentucky, which caused undue stress in trying to find a trailer that we reserved and paid for. Thank goodness Somerset KY had the trailer.

I rented a car hauler trailer. I looked at the tires before I took delivery and one didn't have a lot of tread left. When I went to load my vehicle on the trailer, which was only 15 miles from the pickup point, I noticed steel showing through the tread on that tire. I called the Village Laundry and since I had already taken delivery, I had to call U haul service. They sent a local tire repair shop out and took care of the tire. I was glad I noticed it before I traveled with my vehicle on it.
