John BA couple of things, #1 the UHual website said that Veterans received a discount, this UHaul site said that they did not. I was overcharged for usage of UHaul as well. I took the UHaul 81 miles and returned it that night which should have been $55.89 + $19.95+ tax/fees. I was charged $135.54. I could have rented from Enterprise using USAA and gotten a better Deal. I work construction here in North Texas and will make sure that every veteran buddy and construction worker know what a crap deal I received. From YOUR WEBSITE, “All active and retired military members are eligible for a 15% discount on all trucks, trailers, and towing equipment from U-Haul.“
David HMy pick up time was delayed because the location lost the keys to the truck and had to have it replaced so I didn't get the truck till later. When I picked the truck up the trailer had a flat tire. I wasn't more than 10 miles down the road and I looked at the video I took before I drove off of the lot and saw that it was flat when I was still at the lot. I had to contract customer for them to come out and fix the tire.

JOHN PEquipment was great…The lady at the desk was not pleasant at all. Gave her the benefit of the doubt when we picked up because it’s early and, hey, I’m a little grouchy in the AM too. However, when we get there to drop it off that afternoon there was a sign on the door to call a number because they were out of the office. I left my phone at home so I just waited outside, no big deal. Evidently it was because when the lady showed up she looked at me like I was an idiot and pointed to the sign and let me know it said to call. I won’t be going to this location again. It didn’t put her out any me waiting there, I wasn’t upset or anything having to wait. Customer service training is definitely needed
