I rented a tow dolly for 24 hours and was done with it after about 6 hours so I returned it, after hours. Today I get a phone call that the dolly was never brought back, a rude call. I informed the rental place that I had dropped it in the exact location that I took it from and if it was not there that is unfortunate. The tells me that he's calling the police and filling a report and letting uhaul know. I said okay and hung up the phone. A few hours later his wife calls and says they found the equipment in Texas. I am not happy.

Very knowledgeable personel. Fixed my hitch correctly to begin with so I didn't need to make adjustments after it was loaded. Other sites had not done this when they hitched me up.

Only negative for me was that I had to drive 45 min away to get the size of truck I needed. Ironic that the town I went to was smaller than Lawton! Only thing I was offered was that they would add 30 miles to mileage allowed. That is good but it didn't help the 90 miles total that I had to drive to get the uhaul.
