Put ramps on all trucks because the customer may be moving one big item that is very heavy, but no ramp to help facilitate the move. Its a safety issue.sherry C.

access to the trailers is very difficult due the divided highway and the side street is narrow. The shop owner was not pleasant at all and was berating employees in front of the customersMark C.

We returned the truck clean, full of gas under mileage and Ontime. The guy took the key said we will get an email. That was it! The truck was marked less than full on gas and we were charged a $25 fee with no explanation! When I called the guy said he didn't know why we were charged. He agreed truck was clean, full of gas, on time and under mileage. He then said fee was from my pickup location. I call them they say no it was not from them. They look at a picture that was submitted by return location and don't see it as being needed to be cleaned. So I have to call to file a customer action report. This lady sends me the picture. The blankets are in truck and one paper towel we missed. She files report for me. The next day I get a call from Vince who says it because the blankets were not folded. I was told just to put them in truck. I ask him why my pickup location and the the customer service center said that was not needed and I should not be charged. He very rudely laughed and said â€œ I don't care what some $8 an hour employee saysâ€ I say oh? Okay then since I was not told to fold them and you got extra gas that was marked incorrectly I'll just go over and fold the blankets right now. He continued to be rude and after all his not so nice comments about company employees and my offer he begrudgingly agreed to refund the fee. At this point I should get double that back for the time it took me to find out why I was charged , the calls I had to make. The fact that no one at shop it was dropped off tried to say they didn't know why it was charged! Yet they did it. Your GM for this area and this shop should be written up . I earn WAY over $8 an hour and spent multiple hours dealing with good people and one rude GM who needs to be paid $8 an hour for his level of no respect for his company or it's employees.. it was really upsetting to hear how he spoke of employees.LISA K.

The lot was very small and it was unclear where to park the truck. Other than that, the process was relatively easy. It took some time to find the drop box for the keys.Justin C.
Pickup before location opened (24/7) was not an option on the website. I arrived 2 hours before they opened and the website check in did not provide me with the combination to the lock that would have allowed pickup. The two hour delay was very inconvenient. Also I left a half tank more gasoline than when I picked it up. That cost me 50 dollars with no recourse for reimbersement.Scott B.

The only bad thing was the Uhaul we got was not cleaned out and smelled bad. We had to clean the dog hair out and spray air freshener so we wouldn't get charged when we dropped it off.LARA J.

I would not recommend for dropping off a large trunk because the parking lot was very small. Great location and helpful personnel!TREVER G.

The truck had visible wood debris when I took it, and later on after I clean it the dealer wrongly charged me $25 cleaning fees. Very bad experience.Adrian B.

Their was dirt in the truck when I picked it up and I ended up paying for it. Beside me that it was greatJAMES H.
Parking was limited & very tight. The trailor was swept out completely prior to drop off. Man was too busy to assess trailor, said he didn't have to at drop off & he would check it in later & send email confirmation. No email confirmation received but noted a $15 charge on card late afternoon. Business closed for day. Contacted Uhaul regarding charge, informed cleaning fee to sweep dirt out of trailor. Had not heard back from Uhaul next day so called facility attempting to explain trailor was swept & clean before leaving the house, trying to resolve how the dirt got in there & requesting a refund. The man immediately became very irrate & disrespectful on the phone, yelling & not allowing me to finish my sentences interrupting with sarcastic responses throughout the call. His responses were inconsistent & confusing. I even commented on him yelling at me, which did not help. I even had to raise my voice so I felt he could hear me over his yelling. I contacted uhaul again and they were to speak with him to obtain his side of the story which I stated I had no problem with. I explained to uhaul the $15 didn't even matter anymore but the behavior on the phone was uncalled for and unprofessional.KATHERINE W.

They tried to help me with what the idiots in rock hill messed up. But the uhaul customer service has you wait 30mins to a hour to get a hold of anyone and I couldn't waste their whole day with my problems so I had to give up and hope the uhaul system catches the mistake. Upon returning trailer I was told the man that checks them in "was busy tinting some windows" I was told to pull the trailer around building and drop it off and he would send me an email showing it was delivered. when I got the email I was charged a cleaning fee of $15.00 with out showing what needed cleaning. I only had a new BBQ grill in the box it came in and nothing else. We did not run into any weather or anything and only had the trailer over night. there was nothing to get it dirty inside or outside. they should have checked it in while I was there to show me if it was dirty. Just another way to charge me extra money from my debit card without my permission.EDWARDKEITH Q.

Did a after hours self check out and when trying to share my location the app didn't allowed me to. Had to call customer service to ask for instructions. They told me to leave it at the location and that they would call the day after to the representative.RUBEN A.
