The quote on my reservation was $60. I walked in and paid $165 with virtually zero changes made to said reservation. Lame. Equipment was decently well kept.

Christian MParking lot was full of large mud holes. Agent was twenty minutes late for a scheduled appointment. They tried to charge me more than the quoted price. It would be nice to have a tongue jack on the 6x12 foot trailer.

Eric SI was charged a fuel charge when I returned the truck with more than a 1/4 tank full. The fuel gauge was a little past 1/2 tank when I returned the truck. I have a picture proving that the fuel gauge was NOT less than 1/4 tank. Tannery needs to refund me the fuel charge plus the tax that I was also charged. I would NOT recommend The Tannery location to a friend. This location is the WORST location I have ever experienced when trying to return my rental truck. I've used u-haul several times.
AMBER NWhen called location to verify whether or not I could drop off uhaul to them employee was very rude and their phone kept breaking up. They were not there when I arrived and when he showed up he did not know how to use app to process drop off.
Jerri SGet better internet so the self checkout works on the U-Haul app.

GERALD WA little more training for the staff would be great. One rep was having a hard time navigating the process of picking up the rental. But they were definitely friendly so I overlooked the difficulty.
