My original pickup location was Roland's garage in Robstown. The place was closed and no one answered the phone calls as listed. I had to call customer care service and Diane was very helpful in finding a truck. You need to contact your independent contractors and assure they are open to honor the reservation placed by your customers. I also had 3 tv screens break on my trip. I filed a claim and I hope I get this resolved as well.

Michael VThe truck ran well all, it's I could ask. It was beat up inside, but not really an issue. When I called to confirm my reservation two days prior, my location was changed due to truck availability. I was told my accessories would be available at this new location, as well. However, the person checking me in told me both dollies I requested were not available at that location. It could have been a huge inconvenience had they not let me use their floor model. It was initially frustrating, because I asked over the phone to confirm the dollies were available.

GEORGE FI used the moving truck for less than 12 hours. The company closed at 3pm on Sunday. I returned the truck around 6pm on Sunday. I was told to drop off the key in the box and they would check it in when they opened on Monday at 8:30am. Wrong! I was double-billed. I was charged for 2 days (Sunday & Monday). I should have only been charged for 1 day. I filled the tank for the whole 12 miles I used, yet I was charged for the 12 miles gas too! When my credit card was double billed, I went to the location. They apologized and said I would be contacted within 24 hours. I was never contacted nor credited. Deceitful location!
Daniel YWe filled up the gas tank back to where it started and still were charged $25 for gas. And we only drove a little over 20 miles, how did that take up over 3 gallons plus us filling it up on our own? And we even returned it almost 24 hours early.

Rolando SWhen I made my reservation I was not informed that fridays and saturdays were 99cents/mile instead of the 69 cents that I reserved for. Was not informed by the front desk clerk either. After I had returned the truck I called to ask why that was and was then informed. She said she could give me a number to call but that they probably wouldn't help me. Please make note that it will be 99 cents in the future for people reserving online and in person.

Sandra LIf you need multiple renting items this place won't have it. I was lucky to get an applicance dolly. It's great customer service. It's not a total facility of U-Haul but they have trucks with the utility dolly that comes with it. Some things are not in their control so be understanding.
