They were extremely friendly and helpful when the movers I had reserved cancelled last minute. THe lady behind the counter was awesome!

DEREK SFacility closes and opens too late. Was unable to get into the key for pick up early. Ended up having to wait to pick up my U-Haul for an hour till the location opened getting a late start very unsatisfactory that I filled out proper paperwork to be able to pick up my U-Haul at 8 AM and had all of the problems that I experienced.

KEVIN HExpect The Storage Connection to over charge where they can. Returned the vehicle in the same state as I received it- was charged for a cleaning fee. "Tons of leaves in the back" was Joy's excuse to make this charge. There were minimal leaves that were in the vehicle to begin with. Find another U-Haul location, this company is not reputable. Joy, you should be embarrassed by your lack of customer service skills, and gauging of customers.

ISMAEL AThe drop off location was horribly inconvenient. There are 4 other locations closer and yet UHAUL assigns a drop off an hour round trip away? Plenty of space at the other locations I drove by on way there. No drop off location assigned until after reservation was completed.

JACQUELINE LI requested same pick up and drop off and had to drop off the truck 20 miles in the opposite direction adding an extra 30 minutes of driving time for me and my family to pick me up. Was also charged many more miles than I used.

Paul AThey Zapped me a $25 cleaning charge for a truck I personally made sure was swept out ,it was hardy even anything to sweep!! I'm a U haul dealer myself so I know to bring it back clean this location is a SCAMMER for sure!!!
NICHOLAS DI returned the van with a full tank of gas. Was told it's only 3/4 full. Drove back to gas station and was only able to put in 0.1 gallon of gas. Clearly the tank was full. Was again told only 3/4 andi. Would be billed to fill the tank.
