The woman who took care of me that day was fantastic, accommodating, and flexible. She is the right person for this job. You have a good employee and a treasure with her with her personality demeanor and professionalism. I was almost going to go to Enterprise but now I know if I want to rent something quick I'm going to go to U-Haul and hope she's going to be there when I do. Thank you so much for the expedient service I was able to rent the truck immediately for my needs that day
KATHRYN DJoy was great to work with and the truck that I rented was new and clean. I would highly recommend this U-Haul over Home Depot, etc. for truck rentals.

JAMES VTruck was running really rough. At times would shake at 35-40 mph really bad. Also, the mounted dolly and bag of moving blankets really takes away a lot of space if you need to utilize the entire truck. I suggest that you keep it in the store and offer it at the desk or keep the offer online. Having your last bit of your 4 bedroom house not fit because of that is frustrating.

CHRISTOPHER DBest service I've ever had. My short-term memory is failing me at this moment but the woman that rented me the unit and whom I left the truck I rented with is phenomenal! I had rented a smaller unit somewhere else in Westerly but knew it wasn't going to be big enough so I called this location and I managed to get a bigger unit with her last minute. I'm so grateful to her

PAUL MThe U-haul application is awful. It doesn't work well and needs to be improved. That app is making your U-Haul business owners lives more difficult. However, Joy was very nice, helpful and attentive.

DENNIS MThe staff was extremely helpful and guided me through the vehicle's specifics. I felt very confident when I got on the road. They were flexible with my schedule and very friendly. The overall experience was one I would be glad to repeat at this location. I have rented vehicles before but this was, by far, the most pleasant experience.
KATHLEEN GDoor to the trailer was extremely difficult to open/close and in need of replacement. Customer service was lacking
HUNTER MWe had an issue with the strap but Joy was super helpful and find us another uhaul near our route to fix the tire strap of the trailer. She was great! She was very concerned and made all the necessary arrangements for us to get the strap taking care of. I recommend her 100%.. best customer service!
Sandra BLady at the front desk was exceptional(10/10) would reccommend coming to grab a small truck here. I noticed storage but as we had no need i cannot say much about that. Truck was clean and reasonably good condition. Drove from westerly to northern Massachusetts and back with zero issues.

CHRISTOPHER TExperience not complete reflection of this location. On a day we were moving out of state, with the company already knowing we had a one way trip to central mass, we added over an hour of driving to it. I made the reservation in advance so something like this wouldn't occur and am disappointed that it did. It made our move very stressful.
Kayla ZI don't think there is much more you can do , Every time I rent a van it's always in perfect shape. The people are always pleasant to deal with.

Seth PThis is a great place. The storage units are built like tanks. All my "stuff" survived years of NE seasonal temperature change with good results when I finally unearthed my possessions. It is a safe and secure setting and the folks that run this business are lovely people. I highly recommend!!!
