Full of ants, equipment that was rented was not there

Joseph CI was very disappointed I was upgraded to a bigger truck due to you g u us didn't have the 15 ft available I had to drive 50 miles away to pick it up I was supposed to get 50 miles free after I had attempted to take a transfer for uhaul. I took the transfer more then hakf way to its destination. I had a family emergency so I had to turn around come back home. And was changed over to a in town rate and was not compensated any thing for the transfer I was supposed to receive $400 off my total for truck rental then additional 150 for free plus the 50 for having to drive so far for pick up. And I was not compensated NOTHING. ON TOP OF BEING CHARGED THE RATE FOR A TRUCK THAT I HAD NO CHOICE TO GET DUE TO UHAULS LACK OF COMMUNICATION. SO I AM VERY UPSET I CALLED AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CONTACTED WITHIN 72 HOURS AND I STILL HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE REGARDING THIS MATTER.
