The Lady that I had for the rental agreement was very helpful and very Professional. She kept me informed about everything from the start.
Charles BThis location was closed when we dropped off the vehicle so it’s not possible to respond on most questions. However, I will say that the original drop off location is not a drop off location for haul. The telephone call to see what to do was beyond horrifying. We had to argue about the time frame and gas which was uhauls fault. I stated I would leave the vehicle where it was parked because that was the location initially listed in my written contract.
