The truck was low pressure on the tire. The location doesn't have the office. I had to stand outside of the -9 degree in winter day to do the self pick up.

Naveen KThis location was awful to deal with and the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a U-Haul location. The location doesn't come up on the u haul app. The location is just lock boxes on a wall. I booked a 15 foot truck but they don't have 15 foot trucks. Only 12 foot trucks. I argued multiple times with someone on the phone who was trying to convince me that the 12 foot truck that was using a measuring tape to check was in fact 15 feet. Then I returned the truck with more gas than we picked up with and we were still charged a fuel charge. This location is a complete scam and shouldn't be allowed to be a U-Haul location. The worst experience I have ever had booking a U-Haul

Tammy RIn the agreement, I was informed to charge $0.59/Km. however, while receiving the invoice, I was charged $0.95/km. Also, there isn't face-to-face communication available in this location and everything is done via phone This must be improved. Initially, I was provided with an invoice of $62 but I was charged as $82.
Hariank jU-Haul charged me for gas $30 which I don't know why, I return the van with the same gas level as when I pick up. This is very unacceptable and the person who rented me the van didn't even care. Very bad experience!!!
Jaffet LVery expensive to rent or booked uhaul. Sooner or later people will start looking different options and your earnings year to years will go down. Specifically you showed miles and charger for Canadian. Terrible expensive.

Qalia QI was supposed to get a vehicle at 9:30 but after repiteted calls, no one answered me. Calling the customer service helped me get a vehicle but at 10:30. I had hired someone to drive for me and they were charging me by the hour and i had to pay them for the extra hour. In addition to that, i had a time slot already booked for the move in to take place but i missed it due to the delay in getting the vehicle and i had to pay $50 extra for taking up someone else's time slot. The customer rep told me that when i get an email reply to that and they will give you a discount but instead i was actually overcharged for the service. I need a remedy and i need it right now. I am an international student and i don't have money to live in this province its too expensive and on top of this- this uhaul thing happens which shakes my entire monthly budget

ROSE DIt was a pleasure to do business with Uhaul especially this location. I didn't need see anyone when I pickup and return it. They just tell me combination of the lock to get the key. I highly recommend this location.
Thinh LThe place from where we picked Uhaul those guys were not cooperative at all. Our Uhaul was not starting in between and when we called Uhaul person they said that it's our mistake and they will charge us for over night stay as Uhaul was not getting started at that time. The Uhaul person's name was Briam and his contact number is 416735 7360. We called this person when our Uhaul was not getting started in between our 6hrs of booking. However he was not cooperative at all and talked really rudely to us.

Roman MLOCATION - 5 STAR U-HAUL - AVERAGE I went to pick up a bed and mattress in Vaughan mils in total 23 Km. On the U-haul site I had to pay 89 cents per Km, instead I paid $ 1.43 per mile. too much confusion.
Antonio DTruck wasn't sanitized too good. Only 1 dirty lysol wipe was in the truck. I had to sanitize with my own wipes which came out brown. Also trucks engine would shake while in idol felling like it would break down

CALOGERO LI filled up the fuel tank , and they charge $15 plus hst. Also I asked for explanation about Dist charge but the guy was unable to explai me . To me that amount is also very high.
Kazi Athis location was "switched" from the location I attempted to rent from online... I just didn't have time to notice until too late. this location is 22 kms from my first choice... therefore I wasted 44km of rate 59 cents per.. plus an hour of traffic... and fuel... and made my day a total cludge of a mess... in summary... my worst Uhaul experience to date.... I will just chalk it up to Covid ... I will pay better attention next time.. Its a small thing compared to real issues folks face... live and learn. overall... Uhaul has been great for me... thank you
WILLIAMG POwner was incredibly helpful re the pickup and drop off process I Have used other vendors and basically left to figure it out on my own. When websites are not working easily this is most helpful

PAUL MGot an email saying to pick up my 10' truck at 11 am on Weston road...When I got there...no truck and I was sent to 55 Guided ct. Took me 20 minutes to drive there. When I got there, nobody was there and when I finally got ahold of them they did not have my truck. Had to go back home and come back at 3 pm... Sooooo bad...

Krzysztos SI would definitely recommend this location for one reason only; the gentleman running the operation there. His name is Brian and although the entire U-Haul computer system was down (we checked with head office), he was apologetic (although it was no fault of his own) and more than accommodating (trading cell numbers with me so I could be on my way and filling out the contract for me later). He also checked back in with me a day later to make sure everything went well and he also completed my check-out for me. There was some wax or grease in one corner of the cargo bay of the truck which I found after I left the location, he was happy to offer a couple of ways to address the situation to my satisfaction Overall, I find U-Haul prices to be terrific, truck ran with no issues,and again, the service at this location was fantastic, and as long as Brian is there, you'll be well-served.
