My check in time was at 10 am , I was on the phone with customer service for 30 minutes and the lady said she had a situation and she was at the hospital. So her 2 friends and a baby pulled up to hand me the key and then I was charged an extra 50$ for gas and mileage but it was already included in my quote when reserving a reservation. Completely unprofessional

I did correct it and took it in the app but was incorrectly charged a fuel fee when I returned the truck. When I picked up the truck it was not on full and I still do have the picture to verify the info.

Duane C.Was supposed to drop off at 9 am. They were not there to open until 10 am. And then she charged me $14.89 for gas without informing me personally. Just took it off of my credit card without my knowledge. My pick up location said to bring the truck back on 1/4 and it was brought back a little over half. Bad customer service

She was very supportive and efficient. I blame the regional office who changed my location by not telling me the hours of operation.
