My check in time was at 10 am , I was on the phone with customer service for 30 minutes and the lady said she had a situation and she was at the hospital. So her 2 friends and a baby pulled up to hand me the key and then I was charged an extra 50$ for gas and mileage but it was already included in my quote when reserving a reservation. The fuel was incorrect. I tried to have the rep correct it but she told me to do it through the app when I verify pick up of the truck. I did correct it and took it in the app but was incorrectly charged a fuel fee when I returned the truck. When I picked up the truck it was not on full and I still do have the picture to verify the info.Monica J.

Store owner was over 1 hour and 45 minutes late opening the store. I had to wait over 45 minutes to get my key. She told the U-Haul representative that she would run the key out to me but she wasn't even at the store. It was another 50 minutes before she arrived.Richard J.

One of the worst costumer experiences all around, I talked to at least 10 u-haul customer service employees and was treated horribly by each and every employee . I will not only never rent a U-haul again, but I will make sure none of my friends ever rent U-hauls.Britta S.

Was supposed to drop off at 9 am. They were not there to open until 10 am. And then she charged me $14.89 for gas without informing me personally. Just took it off of my credit card without my knowledge. My pick up location said to bring the truck back on 1/4 and it was brought back a little over half. Bad customer serviceedna C.
The door was closed when I arrived at 9:30am appointment. The employee was there, said I should have knocked. Her service was really good, so I didn't complain. She was very supportive and efficient.
