An elderly woman tried to tell me not to lock my truck up and spare her the hassle of locking up the key. I didn't trust her because she looked like she could be trusted. It was an odd situation because she was waiting in the wings. Maybe someone could keep watch and make sure nothing shady was taking place at the uhual mobile rental stations. Great concept, but if someone overly trusting came along and just handed the keys off to a stranger, things could go south quickly. Other than that, my experience was flawless. Once again, a great concept.

This is the first time used uhaul service and Mary the uhaul clerk she was so helpful , me and my Was so happy she did her best and she provided a good customer service . Definitely I recommend Uhaul

When I finally got the truck, it was clean and worked well, but getting things was terrible. • The computer went down and though there was a truck in the lot they would not rent it to me. They would not even sell me boxes. A nearby U-Haul agency had the same Computer problem but was able to rent out trucks and sell me boxes. • when I got the truck it only had a quarter tank of gas. What happened to rent it full, return it full? • there was no key drop off • initially they added 1000 miles to my travel. When I objected they did correct it. Incompetency at the shop cost me more than 100 miles of extra travel, and hours of extra time during a very busy part of my life.

The one thing I didnt like is when I first ordered it asked for my ID number, which is fine, but during pick up it asked for it again and basically made me re apply which took forever. Then I had to wait for someone to verify all while I had a deadline to get my stuff out. It would be nice if you could make it so everything could be done prior to picking up

The passenger mirror was cracked and needed replacing which made it semi difficult to use the mirror driving across country. Other than that. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The price on the truck or van is different from what the renter will finally pay! I paid almost $52 plus a trip plus gas while the sides of the truck or van says $19.95. So I feel like I was tricked. Thanks.

There is NO key drop off at this location - literally the only location Ive seen in the country without one. I was waiting in the parking lot for over 1 hour 30 minutes waiting for the manager to call me back or for U-haul customer service to pick up. Nothing. Then the manager had the audacity to give me a call the next morning to tell me that it was all my fault that he was missing out on a rental. This was the most infuriating part of my trip by far. Would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

While it won't improve service per se, as a public service, UHaul might consider giving out face masks. I'm on a board of a hospital and I believe that our politicians have sent mixed messages, some have been slow learners and confused freedom issues with science and health matters about what we can do you remain save, and a mask, properly worn, is a key tool that should be strongly encouraged.

The store was dirty, disorganized , the lady added an extra day, which we did not requested, we asked her to take it off, she said, it was not possible, she was not clear about how many days was the rental, even I showed her a printed contract, she keep saying I can only use it for 5 days. I dont even wanted to talk about how impossible was to get the hitch install, Took a month to arrive, every time I called the Store on Central Avenue, they lied on when will arrive , after 28 days finally arrive, they even said the tracking number from FEDEX they were unable to track the hitch shipment, This was a nightmare, I do not recommend the store on Central Ave. Only Brenda was nice to me, everybody else there was very unprofessional. Do not do business with them.

This location is a smaller family owned business. They are incredibly helpful and friendly. Before I had arrived in Albuquerque, my destination, they had already texted me a map to their location and offered any help I may need upon arrival at my new home. Very personalized service!!

I set up mobile pick up. I was texted by a stranger who gave me the wrong address. I then drove to 3 locations with my family and when I got there it took two hours to check out. Not only did I set mobile check in, I prepaid, and for some reason I had to give my card again. I know have double charges on my card and my balance is limited prior to a birthday trip. Finally, I couldn't drop off at the originally selected location; and spent 29 minutes on hold waiting for a uhaul rep to answer to then give a location with a different number. Wait there's more! The original location for drop off no longer exists or had a valid phone number. I would rather spend 2 grand on A POD then use U-Haul and drive 30 hours in a miserable truck that doesn't have leg room or convenience or mediocre shock protection, with a gas tank that for some reason takes 32 minutes (I timed it) to fill the tank to full than to rent here again.

Nothing regarding the pick up or drop off. Both went seamlessly. My complaint is, you charge for something that is priced with excessive mileage, you rated my trip at 2200 miles, when it was 1800 miles. I returned it 3 days early, and no credit offered.

After getting lost, we ended up at the wrong uhaul location pick-up on central and juan tabo, got there and the gentlemen didn't seem to want to help us transfer our reservations, sooooo we decided to stick with the uhaul location on our reservation, im glad we did because Brian was very helpful, recommended the right truck and made sure we paid what was entitled.... thank you for making our Uhaul experience fabulous!!!
