The vehicle dolly/trailer was not available at the "guaranteed" time for my rental and so I was required to drive 100 miles in the moving truck to pick it up from another location. This resulted in my incurring a mileage overage for my rental. This is not the location's fault (vehicle trailer was turned in late by previous customer) but I should have been given extra mileage for the time and mileage incurred to go pick up the replacement.

The truck was due to be returned on Sunday morning. The location is closed at that time. We attempted to return it even earlier than that, on Saturday afternoon at 3:30. The location was closed then too. We were not warned by the location staff that the return would have to be done using a mobile phone app, or how to do so. It turned out to be EXTREMELY complicated and time consuming to complete the return, even with the help of an agent by phone, as opposed to your website which claims it as a simple thing to do.

I use this U-Haul location a couple of times a year, whenever I need a pickup truck or van to haul things that won't fit in my car. They're always friendly and efficient, and make the entire experience easy.

The truck's gas cap did not have a lock. twice my gasoline was siphoned out. I estimate I lost $100 in gasoline. This is a huge problem. It happened as I slept overnight. There must be people who go out at night expressly for the purpose of siphoning gas from U-haul trucks. This is a solvable problem!

It took me two hours to get into the vehicle once I arrived at the Uhaul place now they are charging my card for extra days that I did not have the uhaul for this is not good customer service at all it's an outrage that you all are charging me for days I did not have the uhaul on and for insurance I did not want

Make sure to check your text messages or email. We thought we reserved with Jaguar location, but when arrived sent us here. Also do not plan on returning after hours in Trinidad, CO (no locations allow this.) Uhaul customer service operator was not friendly or helpful. She told me I could call back and talk to a manager on Saturday, but when called Saturday morning no manager available. Uhaul customer service is very poor.

Forgot to put in my moving blankets so spent five dollars and got nothing. Also the Trailer had no jack with it so I was unable to detach it from my car without getting my own Jack out to jack up the trailer hitch so I could get it off my ball hitch every trailer should come with a jack or a stand that is high enough to keep it up so you can detach your vehicle easily

Truck wasn't ready to be picked up until a day late. Lots of attitude from Kyle when he called to tell me that. I was given wrong code for the lock and spent almost an hour on hold while someone looked for the right one. These factors made my moving day start 3 hours late which meant we were still unloading g after dark. Brakes made whirring, screeching noise w sound of air leaking anytime they were touched. Battery light on all day. Overall a scary and frustrating experience. Will Not rent from them again.

Truck was very dirty and muddy. Windshield very dirty. Interior had not been cleaned. Food was scattered around seats. One tire on truck was extremely worn. It didn't last three hours. Two trailer tires were worn as well and had to be replaced. Engine on truck had an intermittent miss.
