Terrible customer service, less than helpful. We followed the instructions on how to return the truck and when it came time to drop the keys off the way the instructions said, there was not a clearly marked drop off box anywhere. The only box we saw was for a uhaul storage so We assumed it was that one. The store door was locked even though the guy was apparently there but there was no way to ask anyone or get inside. Within 10 minutes of us leaving he called and said we dropped off the keys at the wrong box and threatened to revoke our contract. We said we would drive back to the storage box to get the keys back and he kept threatening to revoke the contract anyway. It took yelling at him that we were taking this extra step for him to finally stop. Awful experience will never go there again.Michael P.

Worst attendant I have ever encountered. Never got off his chair to take care of us . Just told us that there is the trolley and your truck should be parked somewhere in the parking lot. I came back to the store to let him know that the windshield was cracked and the truck was dirty and the mileage was incorrect , but he did not care. Just said I know. When I returned the truck he said that I was let's two hours and had to pay for two days. I have never experience such intimidation from a person that can't even understand his English. Worst experience and will not recommend anybody to go to that location. And very bad reputation for Uhaul that should look very closely whom represent the company.MARCELLO B.

I rented a truck and a Hand Cart. When I got there the truck was there but they had No Hand Cart. I don't really appreciate it when I reserve it online and it's confirmed and the equipment isn't there when I show up. I had to take extra time and drive 4 miles to get a hand cart from a friend.DAVID J.

We got there a day early. We needed time to unload truck. We needed storage unit. They had none. We had to go else where North Fort Myers. They knew we were there and our situation. So I got ripped off for having truck a extra day, when I was at another location. Ripped off again. No one helped with early check in. Instead charged late fee. Not happy.Cynthia M.

The pick up location at The Mailbox Store was convenient and went smooth, but the booking process not so much. Through no fault of The Mailbox Store, my reservation was arbitrarily switched to a different pick up location and it took nearly an hour on the phone with U-Haul to get it straightened out.LAWRENCE C.

I picked up a 20 foot truck, it was clean, I drove the truck less than 20 miles but got charged for 5 gallons of gas. That equates to 2 miles per gallon. I wasn't told about the gas charge. The tanks was less than 3/4 full. I do have pictures that I took and do not want to pay for something I didn't use.DENIS R.
