The owner of the place was extremely professional and friendly! I'd definetely recommend this place.
James COverall experience was good. However the plug in to connect the trailers lights to my vehicle I listed was not compatible with mine. The uhaul renter did not have the adapter nor sell one I needed. So I had to drive without lights or turn signals until I found an auto parts store to purchase the adapter. Also the way the trailer was parked was in the grass at the edge where the blacktop dropped off. I tried to raise the trailer up high enough to get my trailer ball to clear but it wouldn’t come up high enough. So I had to walk around & find a couple landscaping blocks & improvise to get the trailer up high enough to fit over my ball. These inconveniences set me back about 1hr.

Jaeyoung CMake sure you check your milage allocation against your destination address. I told them where I wanted to drop off the vehicle, they calculated the drop off point based on my address this meant the amount of miles allocated for the trip turned our to be shorter that it should be, and also they changed the drop off location. This means I had to drive further to the uhaul storage to items there and I ended up getting charged for 35km. Also there was no discount/refund for returning the truck 2 days earlier.

Shannon BThis location was not our closest one. Uhaul wouldn't/couldn't get the truck we wanted to the location we actually rented from. This cost us time, miles, and gas!!! The cashier had to call someone else who tried to work with us via phone. It seemed difgicult to add an extra pack od moving wraps/blankets. We had a hard time understanding both of them. The process was way too long. Wasted too much time waiting for the guy on the phone to do whatever it was he had to do. Checking the vehicle via the app was easy.

Miguel MSince we were using a school purchase order to complete this rental, we had to use the corporate site. Phillip from Arizona was amazing. He helped us with our needs and updates to our account. The gentleman at The Little Green Store in Hazel Green was very kind and answered all my questions. This was the easiest rental I have ever had. Bravo!!

Heather YI could not lift that 12 foot trailer to put it onto my hitch. Thank goodness the store had a jack. Maybe figure out a way to get that heavy trailer onto a hitch when it’s only one person . I’m thankful the owner showed up

GLEN PThe price to rent the since truck was $29.95 for 24 hours. There was also a charge of 79 cents per mile. I drove the truck approximately 100 miles round trip. However my final bill was just under $300. How that math works out is pretty amazing to me.
