Joseph WStephanie was amazing. I was running late and she called to make sure I was still coming. I told her I just got sidetracked going through some of the boxes I would be moving. When I got there she wanted to make sure I set aside enough time for everything. Returning the truck was a breeze.

Kim SI understand charging for the truck rental flat fee , insurance, tax AND replacing the gas, BUT charging $1 per mile as well is a lot....$30 became $75 very quick. I assume this is UHAUL's rate and not the individual's who has the business, so no judgement on her part. So yea that's my review since you asked? 🙂
Michele SThe truck was clean but it didn't ride smoothly. I believe it needs some mechanical maintenance. We experienced something similar to what is known as a Jeep death wobble. Very jerky.

Keith MMake sure equipment that was rented is present. Make sure truck has been inspected. There was damage on both sides not in previous pictures. Interior was dirty. There was no way to contact anyone at the business I picked up at. I was late returning by 2 hrs but I had that much time in trying to get equipment from another U-Haul dealer the pickup day so I could get started with the move. I don’t believe I was treated fairly on the pricing and compensation by the region manager considering nothing was right to start and everything was an inconvenience. I had to call the help line just to get the rental started, another 30 minutes wasted. I will never I repeat never use that dealer again and with the compensation I received I may never use U-Haul again.

vicky bThe Guest House and associated service were good. What was not good is that they are an hour away from my house, and that is the only location I could find a trailer. It was very inconvenient, but of no fault to the Guest House.
