Absolutely terrible customer service. I got there at 11:45 and it took an hour for them to get me the truck. As a result, I was late to pick up my items and the movers I hired through au-haul went to another job because I was late and then they didn't arrive until 2:00. I ended up being super late to a work meeting and it cause a lot of problems for me. They also gave me the truck with only 1/4 tank of gas.
