Steven LThe staff was all ACES in my book. From the paperwork detail to the hooking up of the trailer in bitter cold. Also very efficient, 10 minutes total from arrival to departure of the trailer.

Theresa KThere was a bit of a delay when we found a tail light was not working and had to swap trailders. should have been checked before I arrived... but staff was great, got things handled quickly and I was off. Also want to comment that my original reservation had an issue, so I received a call from Muskegon locatoin. The rep there was extremely helpful and made sure I was taken care of, transferring me to a closer location and getting me setup with an avaialble trailer. Very pleased, and thank you!
Gordon HWe dropped it off when the location was closed so I used the online app to return the truck. For some reason I was charged an extra $14 for mileage when I was told this would’ve happen. I will be calling to figure out why.

Michael PThey charged him $80 for a day when it was not a full day it was only half a day you pay $80 for a day and it's only a half of a day then should get half your money back and he told them that he could not read and they took advantage of him and he won't send anyone there and they should not sell uhauls The Dam Toy Store he has the contract

Tara PService has always been great at this location. Friendly and helpful staff. My experience with both the pickup and drop off locations was very positive. My only bad experience was with the truck itself. The cargo area of the truck leaked. After driving thru rain, there were multiple puddles of water in the cargo area. Several boxes were wet and multiple moving pads (my own) were soaked where they had been in contact with the floor. There are obviously leaks in the cargo area. This issue has been reported at drop off location.
