Location that I originally booked was closer, but NOT open at the scheduled pick up time. Website allowed me to book, even though the 24-hr self checkout option was not available, either. When I called UHaul, agent was able to find a truck, but it was 30 minutes away.

Very nice people atThe Cutting Edge. Only issue we had were the roaches in the u haul. I know it wasn't their fault, but we had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and clean the truck which added to our delay. This was noted through u-Haul customer chat and to the our return location.

Cutting Edge made truck rental go smoothly. U Haul needs to get there act together they were sending me an hour away to rent a truck and then changing time of pick up. Did my own research and found 2 places that rent trucks 20 minutes away from me.

If they where the owners they had a big sign on the door to wear a mask but not a one of them where wearing a mask and had no idea what they where doing to exit me out of there. I was over a half hour waiting!!! Ridiculous.
