The location and person working there were fine. The fact that you moved the location where I was to pick up my uhaul was not fine. I had to drive an extra half hour to pick up the furniture I was getting. You should give a discount when you inconvenience people like that.

STUART IMake sure the keys are in the correct lockbox. The keys were supposed to be in lockbox 6, but they were in lock box 1. I had to wait in the 4 degree weather, unprotected from winds, and wait for customer support to give me the codes for all lockboxes to try to find the keys
ZACHARY VDon't do hidden fees. If the website give you a price at .99 per mile it damn well better stay .99 a mile not be raised to 1.39 per mile. That's ridiculous.
WILLIAM DGood experience, easy pick up and drop off. Friendly people, warmed up the truck while doing paperwork. It was 20F out.
GARY MCareful using this location off-hours with app-based pickup because cell coverage is poor (ATT) and the location's WiFi did not work well from outside the building. I was lucky that the owner happened to show up off-hours and let me into the building to warm my phone and get better signal. Before that I spent over an hour in the cold watching the app go nowhere, probably because of poor connection. My phone eventually shut down due to cold. Very nice owner and otherwise good location - just please put a WIFi access point outdoors so your customers don't freeze waiting for the app to connect.

I came back here because my experience was very positive the first time and I will come back here the next time I need to rent a vehicle moving trailer. This time I moved a tractor and Scott calculated the load to make sure my move would be safe. I definitely recommend The Cutting Edge for UHaul rentals.
CHARLES SScott, the owner was great. A really nice guy who runs a good small business at an easy to access location. He explained how the equipment is designed to work and verified that my truck and the U Haul car trailer was safe and working properly. My return the next morning went just as easily as the pick-up. Highly recommended and I will do business here again!

LINCOLN BCustomer service at this location was great. Gentleman was very helpful. U-haul on the other hand was horrible! Location pick-up/drop-off was changed at the last minute. I went from a 5-minute drive to a 20 mile trip to get this trailer. Which then added 40 miles to my already long trip(& day). Not happy with U-haul at all.

george bThe facility, and the people who work at this location are great. However, the U-Haul company in itself is a little more frustrating. I received multiple phone calls throughout the week if I am allowed to book a particular truck and get a confirmation that I have a reservation for that date that truck and that location that should be it. I should not receive multiple phone calls throughout the week telling me multiple different things. Yes you can have a truck. No you can't have a truck. I'm sorry it's a one-way truck. the fact that this particular location does not have more in town vehicles at the disposal for the person to uss is just crazy. I called Larissa Vidi field manager for U-Haul for the northeastern region. I got no response not a phone call back the fact that she didn't even reach out to me is really disheartening. What a customer has a problem you expect to be able to go to that person with a problem. I will rent from U-Haul again, but I will rent with a mindset that I will be aggravated for an entire week prior to my actual pick up date because of multiple phone calls from ridiculous policies stating I can or cannot use a vehicle. This location needs more in town vehicles at their disposal and smaller ones. 10 foot trucks are more useful and people require enclosed.

David BIt took an hour to check put the uhaul due to there computer and knowledge. Then when dropping off they were going to over charge me by 40.00 due to there math on mileage was wrong and I went less miles and they said it was more had to show them there math was incorrect
