Wash the truck inside and outside, it was filthy.
DETRA AI've rented from this location a couple times , but first time meeting the owners . I usually do mobile pickup. They were absolutely amazing!!! Very helpful . I was even nervous with the truck and the employee/owner not only reassured me but helped me back out the space . Service was as top tier !! See them next month as I have more to move
Natasha gThe truck itself was in fine shape, however, there was an intense odor of feces and we had to buy air fresheners to try to get rid of it. When I returned the truck, the inspector at the Uhaul in Ohio found dog feces under the seat. Very disgusting.

TANYA MMy problem isn't with this location, but with the overall experience with Uhaul in general. I originally went to another location for a 26' Truck, but to my surprise, they had no trucks available after I reserved one. I was told that in order for my issue to be fixed, I'd have to call in for customer service and this is at the height of me having to help my family move into their new place. It took me 3 hours just to get another truck that happened to be at The City of Deliverance location. I didn't appreciate that I had to buy a dolly vs renting one, and this experience has been a revealing one.
Cleodis LI was talking through a ring door bell and ring camera to the employees, absolutely no one on site, Very unprofessional, unsafe area, and the U-Haul vehicle needed a serious alignment, almost wreck because of it

LARONDA MThis location did not tell me all of my equipment was not available prior to my rental. I tried to report it to someone but the location was closed the day of my rental. I recorded it in the rental photos at time of pickup that my items were missing from rental as well at drop off. I then disputed the amount of my rental at drop off when closing out my returning my truck. Then they got back to me finalizing my rental charges nearly 3 weeks later still charging me for the dolly and furniture pads I did not receive. 10/10 would not recommend. I've used U-Haul several times and this has been my worst experience. Will never use again.
Taylor WThe on line check in was awful! It took me a total of 2 hours to get the truck picked up which caused me to return it late and get charged for an additional day. Couldn't get local person on the phone. I was able to use UHAUL customer service which was amazing. I will only be going through 100% uhaul, rather than 3rd parties.

Dennis MThe location doors were locked and no one came to the door when I knocked and knocked. A sign was there to ring a bell but there was not a bell anywhere. If a guy did not come out from the door next door when he was loading up a car we would have not gotten waited on. He alerted the people in the uhaul place that they had a customer. We were told to be back by 4:45 pm and we got back at 4:20 pm and no one was at the location or if they were they did not come to the door.
linda tI do t appreciate being charged for an extra session. I brought to truck back an hour after the scheduled time. I dont think there was anyone waiti g to rent the truck after 7pm. Also i was supposed to get a call to discuss the extra charge before your charged it to my card. I will be disputing that with my bank
Chanda WThe vehicle smelled of urine and was not cleaned until I recieved the keys. My vehicle was not ready for at least 30 minutes.
Joshua LThe drop off was in the middle of a parking lot in front of an empty strip mall. There was no one there to greet me or help me turn my vehicle in. Why do I have to take pictures? Shouldn't that be your job? It's like I'm doing the work for U-haul. I hope never to work with your company again.

Patricia WThe online check in is complicated and it took a long time. I was not able to complete it. Finally, someone from the office call me and let me in and help me to complete the process.
Marjorie MThe check in is horrible and the fact that you would even dare state do your own equipment check in or you'd do it for a "20.00" convenience fee the next day is simply appalling. As with most anybody else I'm very cozignant of Covid and practice safety measures but this thing of making your customers self serving employees as well is a convenience for you that the customer should be compensated for if my opinion counts for anything.

Francisca GIt was very inconvenient. Did not know it was not a place of business. It was very stressful to find out I had to go to such extreme to be able to get the truck on time, and had to go thru the steps to get the truck. I had to go on the internet and fill out all these questions and put in so much information. Then it showed the time for pickup as 12:30, instead of 11am. This was not a very good experience.
