We picked up the rental at 8:30pm. Not one light was on. I had to use a pocket flash light to get the app to download my license. The truck was at an 1/8 of fuel. After all this the truck ran fine. Didn’t know about the extra charge for mileage. I was told I was 3 miles over the limit and charged a dollar a mile?????

The vehicle had engine codes and was not road worthy for a long trip. Roadside never came out to service the truck. Was sent to a uhaul center and all they did was flash several misfire codes. Cut the trip short and returned the truck. Went with Penske. Area manager Heath Raper was supposed to call and never did.

Olivia CWhen we got there the building was a trashed out abandoned restaurant with no one around. Where the truck was parked I couldn't get a cell reception for me to process the pickup. I had to drive down the street until I got a signal then the app said I wasn't near the truck. Somehow it remained connected and I was able to use the app. I wouldn't recommend this pickup point to anyone.
Jason BHomeless person was sleeping in cab of truck requesting the police to come out. Trash all over the cab of truck as well as human feces in seat.
Michael EThe app needs to work properly and Uhaul customer service reps need to be available to assist customers especially doing after hour pick up and drop offs
