Blake CExtremely poor communication around pick up. Requested appliance dolly in online order and was rudely told “we don’t have one.” This was a necessary tool for my move and was very impactful not to have. I was given poor direction around refueling and ended up paying way more for fuel than necessary. I will not be renting from U-Haul or this location ever again.

James KI told the man at the uhaul location were I dropped off the trailer that while driving the hitch came loose and hit under my truck and pulled my bumper out and that the lug nut came loose and I had to borrow a neighbor’s and all he said is we don’t sell the lug nuts to the ball part of the hitch

LEE MUhaul does a great job and they are very honest with what they charge you. As long as you take care of the truck and return it with the right level of gas, you'll have no issues. Their fleet is also very well maintained. I had 0 problems with the 26' box truck I rented, and had no doubts about it at any point in time. Everything worked as it should. Very pleased, will use again.

Darwin KNo 24/7 Mobile pickup of truck, but they are there on a Sunday morning and helped me get the truck I needed, and quickly.
Larry MWe were disappointed that the truck we reserved in advanced at a much closer location was suddenly no longer available 😢 BUT the customer service at the different location (out of our way) was excellent so it more than made up for it! The truck was perfect, ran great comfortable and easy to drive. Thank you!
Jeffrey FLocation was perfect and very courteous. No complaints at all. U-Haul is trash. Reservation said truck share pickup. Got there and called with issues with the app, U-haul said it wasn’t scheduled as truck share ( I still have the proof). Place is closed on Sunday and closest truck would be over an hour away. Thanks for screwing peoples moving plans. Owner of that’s the scoop, came out on a Sunday to make it right on his own. Thank you Mark Small town business and cares about his customers. #U-haulsucks.

ARUP SI made the reservation with little notice; the equipment was ready when I arrived. The equipment was as advertised and in good working order. Staff helped us as soon as we arrived and we were quickly on our way.

Mathew TRent from here every time I need a U-Haul. Always quick getting in and out and trucks are always clean. Never had a problem.
Jonathan SIt wasn't filthy but it was just a little dirty which I didn't mind, but the whole time I drove it the change oil message was on. So that is why I put a 'no' on well maintained. Otherwise everything was great and the staff were very nice!
