Lobby is rough. I was asked to take the requested pictures of the truck at home and therefore didn't see the broken interior broken tie down board until then. While the vehicle wasn't filthy it wasn't as clean as I gave it back. Trash under and behind seats and some kind of liquid had spilled in the cup holder and onto the transmission hump.
CHRISTOPHER OThe people were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful . I would highly recommend this place. The truck was so easy to get out of the place along with the convenient location. The entire office staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They definitely knew there stuff.

tammy rNot easy to get into to drop off. Had to just unhitch and push it to a spot by hand. The only reason I said staff not helpful is because they were closed. No interaction with anyone so there was no problem with any staff.

VICTORIA TBoth the cab and the box of the truck were dirty when I picked it up, so they got it back the same way.

sorento aThe guy at the pick up location was brash, wreaked of alcohol, and made us uncomfortable. He told us that the unit didn't have to be returned until the end of the business day. His store was stuffed full of things and was trashy.

Oliver EAdd the moving blankets, dolly to the truck. I appreciate the option to pick up the truck before the 10am opening, just needed the extra things ordered. It worked out and Michael was easy to work with.
karen sLED light was not working. Was told by The Shop I could bring back the dolly to another location in town, but when arrived there the return was refused. Wasted a total of 1.5 hours on going to the wrong location to return and on returning it to the Shop because no one was there during opening hours. Eventually checked in the dolly over the phone after trying to explain the situation three times to the same person because the app was going to charge me two rental periods since I was not past the 24 hour rental period. Eventually all was take care of over the phone but again, big waste of valuable time.
