Drop off location was dark and unlit. Key drop box was located at the end of the building and was not very visible unless you had a light shining on it
Wayne RThe uhaul kept dying and needing a Jump . It was dirty put a whole delay in my moving process
Shawn SThe employees were so kind. I appreciated the sweet lady when I picked it up. My ride took a wrong turn and it took several minutes after I stopped back by to return the truck for them to get there. While I waited, the gentleman came out to the waiting room and talked to me and told me some life stories. Those are things you just can't buy. It was a great experience!
Tyler SThey are the best!!! She was so helpful and easy to do business. Thanks for making my move easy and simple.
David BTexoma Auto Care is always a great place. Thanks
ALICIA BOffice staff was great. Got me in and out quickly!
Christopher OVery nice representative, but she had to answer the phone and handle business for their towing service, meaning it took much longer than it should have, she was great, but the company should have a separate person handle U-Haul services. No, I will never go back.
brent bExcellent, friendly customer service!!! Best U-haul location I've ever experienced. And I've had over 20 rentals.
Roy GA clearer pay policy would be helpful. The lady at the center was telling me what she was reading and i spent over 1 hour trying to rent a truck based on what i was told. For the lack of communication i rate it a 1
WALTER SSuper staff, very helpful. No improvement needed.
KENNETH RMark the drop box clearly
Hero DTrailer needs a jack to help hook up the trailer.
Johnnie WIt was a very clean facility. They were not very helpful in instructing us more on the tow dolly. They told us we had to go find it in the yard and deal with it on our own.
TONYA DReturned truck to this location as directed. No drop box for the key.....anywhere. When agent called the next day inquiring as to where the key was, I said I still had it. Her explanation was that I should have left it in their "mailbox". No signage whatsoever indicating that this was a key drop point. As such, leaving the key in an unmarked mailbox could have resulted in a liability to myself should anything have happened afterward. Business needs a "specific" drop box, with signage, indicating this is where after hours drops should be made. Overall......this move was a very bad experience for me with regard to UHaul.
Dennis PI wound up using this location instead of closets and more in Denison. The lady at closets and more was very helpful but unfortunately the trailer had not been returned by the previous renter so she referred me to this location on Texoma Drive. The lady at Texoma drive seemed confused and not really knowing how to handle the rental that was already in the system. They must deal with a lot of low lifes as they had a glass separator in front of the desk. Her attitude was less than helpful.
JIM CVery helpful personnel. They did not have me in their system, but took the truck and resolved the issues. Great Experience.

Keith Cmark the location of the contract drop off box better
JOHN BFirst off, when U-Haul called me and gave me the business where I would pick up the truck, I called them to confirm and they (Texoma Auto Care, Denison, TX) said they haven't had trucks in months. They stated they had no trucks and would not be getting any in. I had to call U-Haul back and have the Rep. call them and tell them to check their schedule! Really?? Also, they need to answer customer's questions using critical thinking skills. I set up my rental online to be returned at the same place I rented it from, in Denison, TX. Once there, my husband said we could make one trip and turn it in in Oklahoma. So I asked the lady if it was possible to turn it in once in OK and she said "sure". I called and found a place in OK to be sure there was one at our new residence and asked her again and she said, "that is no problem. You can turn it in there." I never thought to ask her to change my contract. SHE should have asked me how it was set up! THAT'S HER JOB!!! When I found out it was going to cost me DOUBLE to turn it in somewhere besides where I set it up at, I called her and asked her why she would tell me that and then not fix it and she said she never heard me say I was supposed to turn it in, in Texas. Well, DUH. MY critical thinking skills tell me that if a customer asks if they can turn it in somewhere else, it MUST NOT be the place they set it up for! Maybe she needs to be a little more perceptive. Why else would a customer ask that?! LESSON LEARNED. Never rent from U-Haul and the Ya-Hoo's that rent them. Highly unsatisfied.
ALICE MDon't tell the customer to go out in the rain to move the truck and drop off the trailer when this is your job, especial if it is raining.
dennis sWe had to put our own trailer on car I thought as being a uhaul facility they would want to ensure safety to their equipment. conditions of where the trailer was parked was icy and the trailer was stuck in the ice
BRIDGET GI picked the trailer up around noon. There was only a female there to assist and there was no jack on the trailer tongue. We like to NEVER got the trailer lifted up far enough to hook it up.
Joanna BAll went as per our plan. That means it was good.
Ron BNothing v service was great
lenore jAfter completing the paperwork I was told to go get the trailer myself. There was no one available to assist or confirm if the equipment was hooked correctly or to check the equipment for damage before one took it. When I returned the trailer I stopped by the office to check in, The lady came out to check the trailer, but again there was no one there to assist in unhooking and parking the trailer. Some one without experience could hurt themselves or others. I have used U-hall several times and this is the first time that no one helped or confirmed the equipment was hooked properly. In my opinion this is an accident waiting to happen.
Fernando SRude receptionist and horrible service!
Brian JCheck the transmission, it has issues changing gears. Maybe it need transmission fluid.

JAMES WWe had to drop off after hours but they have someone answering their phones 24/7 advantage of a wrecker service I guess. She was polite told me what I needed to know and took care of my check in for me.
JOHNDAVID BNope Everthing was above and beyond... I loved the services and all the people that worked their was very very friendly and didnt hesitate to answer any and all questions I had!!! Thank you all very much!!!
Ashley RFriendly staff, long wait to pickup
Darrin WThe equipment looked like new, BUT the wiring was warped & bent to the point of breaking. Then, I was over charged for extra days when we were allouwed 5 + days but turned it in after only 24 hours. day. A donation was put on where I was never asked.
kim bI had to go to this location due to trailer not available at location originally stated & I was told, by district manager, I would receive a $50 refund for this inconvienence but to date that promice has not been fullfilled.
SHERREL BSome monetary adjustment should have been availiable for being returned ALMOST 24 HOURS EARLY.
HENRY DI was to pick the trailer up in Whitesboro, Tx and when I got there the person said he didn't have any trailers of that size. He told me that if I made the reservation on line that he didn't get it. I called the uhaul 800 number and they had my reservation for the Whitesboro location. I was told that the nearest trailer was 30 miles away in Dennison, Tx. When I got to the location in Dennison they had my reservation but the person doing the paper work had no clue what she was doing and it took her almost an hour to do the paper work. When we went out to get the trailer it was just the lady that did the paper work my 82 year old dad and myself. We looked at the trailer for damage signed the paper work and the lady said it was all ours. my dad and I had to pick the trailer up and put it on the truck. It wasn't on a stand it was on the ground. I have rented trailers from uhaul before and someone has always put the trailer on the truck and made sure everything was working before leaving the yard. Overall this was the worst service I have had with Uhaul.
Brian GWe were told to return to this location but it was closed and we called # on the door to drop the truck off. The dispatch lady had us drop key in mail box and leave truck outside gate.
SHERRIE GI was very happy with this experienc. They answered all of my dumb questions! The fact that the truck was clean and ready to go was much appreciated, I think you folks are doing ever thing right.
ROBERT CHave a night or after hours drop off ability.
THOMAS TThere was only one person at this business that was trained in the Uhaul process. Her boss does not allow her to leave her desk. If you need help attaching your trailer to your vehicle, there "might be" someone she can find to help you. If she is out sick for the day, plan to spend more time than you might think.
Kristine MThe personnel was friendly and helpful and we were in and out quickly and on our way.
Pamela STook over an hour for a single 4'x8' trailer rental after I had made all the arrangements online. They charge extra for debit/credit cards, charged a deposit. Wanted to know everywhere I was going. Too much hassle will not use next time.
Jerry JThough we had reserved nearly 2 weeks in advance, there were no dollies available on the day of our move!
