Reservation was moved to this location at last minute due to no equipment at original location. That was a bit stressful because before we found the Petrolia location, I was going to have to drive 50 miles out of the way.

James DThe truck had a giant hole in the roof and we didn’t see it until we got home which was 20 minutes away. We also found an empty beer can, a marijuana pipe, and a tube with marijuana in it in the cab. I will never pick up from here again and I may never use uhaul again.

Jonathan TThe lady work there did not even go out and look at the trailer. I had ask someone put it on my van. They do not have a printer to print up the form . So I did not have anything in my van about the rent trailer.

JONATHAN TI'm not sure what happened but once at the Grapevine location for drop off after hours, the on-line check in would not work for me because SOMEHOW it had me dropping off in Petrolia, where I picked up although my reservation clearly indicated Grapevine!!! It took me over an hour to get the truck check in and that was ONLY because Customer Service Rep Rebecca with 1-800-UHAUL worked with me. I was tired and exhausted. It was raining and I watched 5-6 other trucks drive in, check in their trucks and leave, ALL before me! Ended up taking pictures for my records and leaving the truck locked and the key was placed in the lock box with the direction by Rebecca; THANK YOU REBECCA! Even when I called the Petrolia location, all the guy said was his boss said I was to drop off in Grapevine and they were of NO help whatsoever in helping me RESOLVE the situation; his answer, was to keep the truck until the next business day when the location would be open, no thank you! I was over it at that point! Not sure where it all went wrong in the system but it WENT WRONG!!!!!
