There was no dolly or furniture dolly. They did not know what they were doing. The over all experience was terrible. Even uhaul changed my address from Cabot to Searcy without telling me. I may never rent from uhaul again.

The man was nice enough but in a hurry and obviously did not inspect the tires on the 26’ truck we got. It turned out to have horrible tires and halfway through the trip to Texas we noticed an 8” chunk out of one of the tires. It was late at night so we drove on slowly and apprehensive and making a long trip even longer. Thankfully we made it but the whole outside of that tire was shredded and separated from the rest of the tire when we got home. We trusted that the tires were in good shape. We took pictures of it but just want Uhaul to be more aware that proper maintenance includes making sure the tires are in good shape so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. It scares me to think what would have happened if that tire blew with a loaded down truck! I’ve always had a good experience with Uhaul but this experience was not a good one.

Nothing to improve at this location. Friendly and helpful man on site to receive trailer. Helped with backing it into parking space, and detaching from truck. very good experience here.

I rented at 15-foot truck for pick up at Heber Springs, AR, but my reservation was changed to Searcy, AR, and the 15-foot truck became a behemoth 26-foot truck -- far larger than I felt comfortable driving, and a size that indeed proved to be difficult to manage. It had no manual that I could see, so I didn't know where various controls were located, and I also had trouble figuring out why the transmission acted weird when trying to slow down. This was a very unpleasant experience for me, from the beginning until I pulled into the North Little Rock shop to return the truck. Also, I don't know how the Heber Springs location is (because U-Haul switched me to Searcy), but the Searcy location is poor -- messy, disorganized, and the single attendant had to split his time between U-Haul and gasoline sales. And although he was a very pleasant fellow, he got my order wrong about the return location. (Luckily the North Little Rock location was able to fix that.)

Terry went out of his way to help me. He was closed on July 5th but came in to set me up and saved me am2 hour round trip to Little Rock. I will specifically use Terry in the future.
