This location is absolute garbage. The woman working there charged me for a 3 days of truck rentals and insurance which resulted in a bill 4X as high as it should be as I only rented it for one day. she refused to change it or explain it to me. She also said we didn't fill the gas up back to where it was which was a complete lie. This is my second time renting from this location and they did the same thing last time. Reviews on the U-Haul website and google say the same thing, many complaints of overcharging , these people are complete scam artists. They would not give me a phone number for a manager or help me at all . I had to call the call center and am now dealing with them in regards to these thief's to try and get my stolen money back. I will tell everyone I know about this shitty business. Also they don't do any snow removal in parking lots and ice all over , my husband fell twice at their front doors .

SCOTT MLocation was fine it was dealing with U-Haul in general that was incredibly frustrating
ASHLYN P1. Location did not have adequate truck size. I had to settle for a smaller truck and now must determine how to move items that I had to leave behind. 2. I could not clearly understand the agent at the pick up property. 3. The agent moved up my pick up time because the original was inconvenient to him. 4. The carbonates of the r re pick was dirty. I had to clean it to load my cargo.
MICHAEL KWe rented a trailer. Aside from repairing a tie down ratchet, the equipment was great. I would prefer to have a spare tire though. The main problem we had was understanding the attendant, and he seemed to have lots of trouble with the computer system, entering and could not print anything. Wanted me take pictures of the contract off the screen with my phone. The main issue is, we were told a price and it was way higher afterwards. After entering my name wrong as well as calling me by the wrong name, we were told incorrect information and then way overcharged. Save yourself time and money and hassle, rent from a different location.
DALLS AThe trailer did not have any way of plugging in the lights as there was no extension that reached to the truck and there was also not a hitch pin to hold the trailer onto the hitch. I went the entire way from Swift Current Funeral Home… Completely illegal… The owner of this establishment was supposed to meet me and, send me on my way, but he never showed up… A complete unprofessional experience

Shawn LSo I checked in online and when I picked up the U haul the rep changed my info and tried to change my located so it went from $38 to $286. I had to call toll free number and they sorted it out for me over the phone. Meanwhile the rep at the store was telling me to hang up and they'll just cancel the reservation and make a new one. The rep at the store also tried to say i dont have to submit anything on line when i drop of mf the u haul and just to put my time down on the contract and drop it in with the keys. I took plenty of pictures of the u haul before and after using it. I love U haul but not from Ten 4.

jason bI was told at 12:30 that day that I will have to go all the wayto Swift Current to pick up a Uhaul. I shouldnt have to travel all the way to Swift Current from Regina, a 5 hour drive, then to pack everything and travel all the way to my destination in Edmonton. This put so so so so sooooo much stress on an already stressful move. The gentleman was very understanding and gave great service to us but the unorganization and unsympathic ways of your customer service ladies on the phone was unexceptable and I felt very disrespected. Do better. I will never use this service again because of that.
Sarah PNot chase them all around Southern Saskatchewan to pick up trucks that aren't there. Also possibly give the customer more then 14 hours notice that the truck they booked 2 weeks ago isn't actually at the pickup location but instead 2 hours(1 way) away in a different City.
Edward POver an hour and a half to return the truck. Was told to leave email and deposit would be e transfered next day but receipt would say cash. Had to phone Uhaul several times. Customer service on phone told me Uhaul can mail check for deposit. Person at location told me several times they cannot. After being told I was "good to go" I phoned Uhaul to confirm the rental was complete. It was not. The woman i talked to on phone told me she was going to try and contact area manager. The "area manager" finally clossed the rental and was email a receipt after trying to return for almost 2 hours. I 100% believe this was to either lie about millage, fuel or some other charge that could make the location money. Time on receipt reflects when area manager closed the rental and not my time wasted.
Amanda FThis was a horrible experience from rude customer service from my orginal booking in Saskatoon from the site not working from them changing my order after even asking me to pull a trailer like I've never ever felt with such unprofessional booking. Then we finally get a truck the guy says he doesn't have the keys for it - it was one thing after another and I'm beyond disappointed in the lies and rude customer service abc in the end after over an hour to pick up we got a truck triple the cost of my orginal booking!

Chris BThe location is fine (and the trailer I rented was good for my purpose) but the Uhaul bureaucracy and online systems were very challenging (to put it in the most polite terms). As a tech savvy person there were lots of malfunctions. I ended up on a phone call with Uhaul for over an hour trying to return a trailer after store hours (the hours are 10am to 2:30pm at my location). The woman on the help line was polite and tried her best, but she could not overcome the deficiencies in the Uhaul system to complete the trailer return. Finally I gave up on the after-hours return and left with the trailer. Had to miss work and return it the next day during the very limited store hours. The store manager was helpful. Beware that the initial quoted price will not be the final price. Uhaul will force you to pay for unnecessary insurance fees. In my case they also tried to charge late return fees even though the trailer return was attempted as agreed (but couldn't be returned because their technology systems did not work and the Uhaul representative on the phone had no power to complete the return without the online system functioning). Beware that if anything goes wrong with their system, YOU will be the one to pay for any delays in processing. Bottom Line: Uhaul is a large US company with a huge online system that is cumbersome. They don't trust you as the customer, and they don't trust their own location managers. If you rent from them, take every precaution to protect yourself with respect to pre-existing damage etc.
Alan BThe location in Shaunavon Saskatchewan was closed for some reason where I booked at, I found this out 2 days before my pickup. I was switched to pickup my uhaul truck and trailer in Swift current Saskatchewan, 2 hrs away. It is 142 Kim's away. I was upgraded from a 15 to a 20 foot truck and given a 100 $ rebate. Obviously 142 extra kilometres were added as well. I was very happy with them doing these upgrades. However when I got to the pickup location, the actual store was closed( a handwritten sign stated the location would be closed as part of the new years holiday break). Luckily, when I called the store at the pickup location they agreed to come in , in 20 mins! They came in and I was very happy. I was sooo grateful. I was " hurrying " to beat the bad oncoming weather from Saskatchewan to BC, and because of them coming in on their day off, I did 11 hrs of driving without snow! It has been snowing on/off all over BC and Saskatchewan since my trip! The truck and trailer were in excellent condition and worked perfectly . This was the best experience I've ever had with UHaul. All my others experiences were brutal for different reasons. Thankyou to those involved.

Larry CThe reason why I wouldn't recommend this location, the gentlemen wanted to charge me extra fuel he marked under 1/8, where as the gage showed over 1/4 full, I had trouble proving that I return the Truck with more fuel then when picking up, after showing pictures with time and dates I took when picking up the truck and when I drop off the Truck that the Tank gage showed 1/4 full picking up as on the contract. and the gage showed over 1/4 (plus) when dropping off the truck. we both walk to the truck and look again to proved the tank was indeed 1/4 plus full
ABRAHAM WWas picked up at noon and told we had it for a day which we thought was 24 hours. However on taking it back before noon the next day found out it had to be back by 8:00 am so we're charged more along with the extra insurance and taxes.

Same reviews posted about same location and agent. First time Ever happened. Very Disappointed. Will be using another moving company next time.

Boyd HBuilding looked abandoned, looking through the glass showed completely empty and was locked and nobody to be found at 10:40AM. I purposely had waited a day to return Truck during what was listed as business hours. While there several potential customers left in disgust. Even a mail carrier that dropped off mail mentioned that nobody is ever there.

Alan HEmployee is extremely unpleasant, he got mad at me because I did my check in online and apparently he gave my truck to someone else. So he's mad because he had to redo the other person's order. Also he takes old pictures of a clean uhaul and tries to pass it off like that when the uhaul is filthy and has damages. Make sure you take your own pictures cause this employee will screw with you. With gas too so becareful.
KAYLA PDropped off truck (one-way rental where truck was picked up in another city) and dealer said he'd email me the final charges. I never did get an email but saw high charges on my credit card online. Went to dealer and asked for printout, but he had no printer. I had to take photo of screen to have detailed record of charges. Turns out he charged 4 extra days that were bogus. Phoned UHaul customer service to complain and eventually got refunded by regional office. Be very wary of this dealer!! The guy seems pleasant enough, but is either incompetent or, worse, he's maybe purposely overcharging people.
Doug MIt would have been nice to have the attendant help me back up to the trailer. I was the only one there. He wasn't much for conversation either. Also, there should be more places to attach straps to hold loads in place.
Kelsie AUhaul is a joke, I made a reservation and "traffic" cancelled my reservation (3 times I had to make a reservation) each time saying the truck was no longer available. Then I was called by someone who asked me to drive to swift current to pick up a truck when I live in Regina. If I wasn't conveniently working in swift current that day uhaul would have been asking me to drive 2 1/2 hours to and back to Regina just to load my stuff not including my 5 1/2 hour drive I originally needed to move with the truck. When I went to pick up the truck the truck was not there & I had to get a different truck that was covered in snow & the guy was mad I asked for a snow brush to clean off the window & I repeatedly told me he had urgent work to do so I had to hurry up when I was the only person in there and he was talking on the phone with someone on speaker phone in a different language. Place is a joke.

Hung up and refused to give deposit. When I brought the trailer back he came out with 2 fingers in the air yelling. This man needs help. Not a business. I would rather use a uhal 2 hours away then this joke of a place. I will be reporting this idiot to the RCMP
Shaun WThis location and Uhaul was terrible to deal with. Unprofessional and rude. Our truck was dirty and when we asked about it he said the previous renter brought it back dirty. Then we asked why he wasn't charged the fee? The representative said he did charge the guy but never cleaned the uhaul. The price was double what we paid the months before for the exact same rental. The representative selected a different drop off location and never told us about it and entered the wrong km. Then when we tried to returned it we were directed to our originally drop off, which was across the city. We tried speaking with customer service, opened up a complaint and was told to call a different number the next day. Called in the next day and was told the manager of the area would get in contact, nothing. We called back and the lady was rude. She put another request in for manager to call us, nothing. We phoned back in, finally got the managers number and called him. Once we talked to him, he couldn't do anything for us. He offered a $50 credit and that's it. We spent over 5 hours on the phone I'm total with uhaul and an extra hour driving because of drop off locations. Overall our experience was awful and we will never use uhaul again

darshak pThough this was a better experience than I have had with Uhaul in the past (I wasn't sent to a distant location to pick up my rental), this location is now the only one in town. The other location in Swift Current, (I was returning the truck I rented), I dealt with 6 months ago, is now closed. The woman there was much more professional. I do want to give kudos to the young man who served us, as he was polite, kind and doing the best he could. He was working alone and trying to juggle several customers at once. Overall, he did a good job. I'm just disappointed in what Uhaul has become over the years. Used to be a much better organization, with excellent service and reliable equipment. Now it's plagued with poor service and faulty equipment, and no one seems to care.
Michelle MRefused to accept my return, told me lot was full. I was parked on lot when told this. Customer service on phone gave me the run around. Sent me to a non existing uhaul location. Spent hours on hold. Please check my account for the amount of times I had to call in. I was told i could return the truck to point of origin, 2.5 hours away. I put in an additional half a tank of fuel 100$ to make trip back. The next morning I waited 1.5 hours on hold at the same location that refused me day before ( only location in town left open) with the same amount of units on site they accepted the truck return. I lost 2 days if work trying to return my truck rental. And they wouldn't reimburse me for the extra fuel in tank above the return mark. A 100$ truck rental cost me 650$ extra in lost wages and fuel due to Uhauls poor Customer service.
