The lady that helped us was very friendly. The computer program didn't work very well, she had to re-enter my information 3 times before the computer took the reservation.MARY M.
Talked to her yesterday no help. Had to take day off from new job so I could go in and get problem fixed. Her supervisor finally fixed it so was able to pay and leave. On line msg ctr worthless, call center didn't know how to fix it and kept putting me into call que. 2 hrs. 2c/s and a supervisor would notfixy blem for 2.75 hours on line with customer service. Had to wait 30 minutes after pick-up time because no one was there, still had to turn in at the 5-hour mark despite not getting a truck until 45 after. There was no appliance dolly despite reserving one. Ended up trading trucks so we could get a ramp, and was charged for both trucks. When I called 4 days later to discuss it, the owner had an attitude with me and did not want to help. I would not go to Teels Automotive for any reason.RACHEL S.

When calling to check into options for return, the woman was incredibly rude, didn't seem to know what the heck she was talking about, and further stressed out my already stressed sister who was watching flood water rise to within feet of her home. This is not my idea of acceptable customer service, yelling at a customer. We were also scratched by the dog behind the counter. Love dogs, but if you aren't going to watch/control him, then leave him at home.Amy F.

Our uhaul break lights kept shorting out and our turn signal didn't work. The ramp was very hard to get out. We rented a utility solely and the strap wouldn't stay locked tight. The inside cargo lights wouldn't come on so we had to unload in complete darkness.micheal Y.
