trailers not at that location trailer had trash in it trailer light dongle had to be used from another trailer waited for over two hours to get trailer and had to call uhaul maybe 10 or more times to get it never offered any discount or anything may have to look for trailer rental somewhere else

When calling to check into options for return, the woman was incredibly rude, didn’t seem to know what the heck she was talking about, and further stressed out my already stressed sister who was watching flood water rise to within feet of her home. This is not my idea of acceptable customer service, yelling at a customer. We were also scratched by the dog behind the counter. Love dogs, but if you aren’t going to watch/control him, then leave him at home.

Our uhaul break lights kept shorting out and our turn signal didn't work. The ramp was very hard to get out. We rented a utility solely and the strap wouldn't stay locked tight. The inside cargo lights wouldn't come on so we had to unload in complete darkness.

I was always told that the truck will be sent out with a full tank but it was only at half when I got it and I believe that it would be nice to have a full tank
