Charged for the dolly I rented but it was not in the vehicle. When I called to report this to TCB Towing and see if I can come get one they informed me that it was U-Haul‘s fault and not theirs, so I was charged for a dolly that I didn't get to use and was not offered any assistance .

Air conditioning went out halfway to Anniston Alabama cost me $60 to get freeon put in. The car dolly info was half tore off and I wasn't told that you were not to back it up with a car on. Called for assistance was told they didn't cover

Friendly, efficient, and professional. No downside to this rental location. One thing that could be helpful would be to get the time options corrected on the u-haul site. It only allowed up to a 4:45 pm pickup, but a phone call was all it took to meet our time pickup availability. It was a good experience.

The location I was instructed to return the trailer too wasn't open anymore, had been moved across town a while ago and it wasn't listed as a drop off location. New location was excellent

Rates are too expensive for an 3 hour haul. I called uhaul 8times before I could get a key to the truck. I've used uhaul 10-12 times over the last 6years. NEVER AGAIN!

Take the time to remove the ice from the windshield and make sure the doors are not frozen shut before the customer comes to pick it up. Make sure the reservation is for the date the client requested, not a day earlier.

The truck we were given was a 26' when we ordered a 20'. Yes we got it for the same price, but later after my husband picked up the truck I got a call from Auto Spot which is the place I had picked to get our truck. Auto Spot wanted to know if we were going to pick up our truck. I told them that TCB had called me and told me that they had been given the contract because Auto Spot didn't have a truck. Auto Spot said they had the 20' there waiting for us. Then my husband is driving the truck to our new home and he gets stopped by the police. They ask him if he knows his tail lights were out. My husband said no he didn't. He told the police officer that the people from TCB walked around the truck and marked down the damage and they checked the gas gauge and they told my husband he was good to go. He picked it up during daylight hours, but they didn't get it loaded until after dark, so he had to use his light system. The police man was nice and didn't give him a ticket, but he wrote down the information. After he got home and told me, I tried to call and tell someone at U-Haul. I did manage to talk to someone. Then the next day I called STG our drop off point and told them also.

I took the truck back on Saturday at 4:30p.m. It was not due back until Sunday at 9:30am. When I arrived the place was closed and no contract numbers posted. I dropped the keys and contract in the drop box thinking that was the end of the experience. The following Tuesday I received a receipt via email where they charged me $80.00 more for two additional days. Thinking this must be a mistake I called the company where I dropped the truck off at. The person who answered the phone said he was on the road and that I should call him back at 8:30 the following morning. I called back and he answered again stating that he was again on the road and that he would call me back. I made sure he had my phone number but he never called back. That was almost 2 weeks ago. So I guess I'm out $80.00 that I don't owe. Next time I will use Ryder or Penske.
