I purchased The rental truck with pads and dolly that wasn’t inside the rental which in return made it very difficult to move my things successfully and had to hire movers to help move because i didn’t have a dolly

Ann ONo lighting because it was nighttime. I had to go back to next day to drop the trailer off still almost missed it. No numbers on the building very small streets to get a truck that big with a trailer on the back.
HARRY RNo military discount. TPMS kept coming on with tire pressure normal. Great rental small issues no problem.
Rory JWhen I arrived, before my scheduled appointment, I was greeted with a frustrated shop keeper. He told me repeatedly that I was "lucky" that I arrived while they were still open. The time for me to pick up the trailer was 5:45 and I was there before that time...how is that lucky he was there? The manager then told me to go hook up and he would come take a picture. Usually the attendant helps to make sure things are hooked up correctly. This manager needs help with customer service.
W MIt should have been explained up front that NO miles were included in the rental. That all mileage was to be paid when returned.
SHANTEL Ethe proprietor was at the shop 1/2hr after closing and let me complete the rental and take the trailer. he's tried to change the hours of his shop on the uhaul app repeatedly, but it still says open until 6- he closes at 5! I'm so grateful he was kind!!

Linda HI arrived at the location and was not sure where to go so I parked and was going to ask where to park. The attendant walked out and yells at me that I can't park there. Obviously it is the driveway, I just drove down it. The attendant didn't assist with disconnecting the trailer, that can be tough if you have a back injury. Once I got it disconnected the guy just walked away. No "you're all set, thank you, have any questions." I felt like I was an inconvenience to him, I said thank you, no response, I said thank you again. The attendant mumbled something as he walked away and kind of threw his hand up in a dismissive manner. I could tell the attendant did not care to be helpful and I am not sure why. I will not rent or return U-Haul equipment from this location.

Thomas WAll empty parking spots for the trailers were sloped, and trailer would roll into the neighboring fence when unhooked. Had to use an old tire from the side of the building as a wheel chock.

Joshua hThe person that did the checking in needs to assistance with customer service. He gave me no direction on the truck, no paperwork, nothing. I asked to add my son because he had experience driving a large truck. I was told no, can't add him because he had already closed out the contract and walked away from the counter. I was left standing there and called Uhaul directly to assist me and was told to go back into the business to add my son.

Matthew PI had an 8:00am pick up time scheduled; the location said it was open but when I arrived at 8:15, the door was locked. A few moments after arriving (I was standing outside the door), a gentleman came and opened the door, I explained why I was there. He wasn't rude, but was very short and unfriendly. Finally got the truck, and when I returned it, I was charged $5 for moving blankets, which I never purchased or used (I actually had my own moving blankets) and no on has responded to me to explain why I was charged or to remove the charge. I've rented from UHaul numerous times over the years, this was definitely the worst of my experiences, though it had nothing to do with the truck itself (had no issues with the vehicle).

GREGORY SThe man was completely rude! Would not assist with loading, and had a snarky attitude. He stayed on his phone with a air pod in. I have plenty of pictures to support all of this! I had my reservation for 5pm unfortunately my GPS took me down the road to Round Boys so I didn't arrive till 5:20-30pm. He would not give me a physical receipt even after I asked for one just that it's in my email. He even added the tow insurance coverage of $8, that I NEVER add on my reservation and I was not aware until AFTER the transaction. He says he didn't that he just clicked through everything but that is a lie. After tax it was suppose to be around $36 instead it was $45. I will not use this location EVER AGAIN! I use U-Haul quite frequently and have never had an issue like I do with this man at TCB Auto Care. I will continue to use the guy down the road across from the CVS, he is fantastic but NOT TCB!

BERNARD MThe truck was filthy. The clerk at the desk told me I was lucky he didn't lock the gate??? He had the truck parked in mud right over a very steep hill into a ditch. I did the contactless check in when I went to get the key he told me he didn't know anything about it and I was lucky he didn't lock the gate. I also did not get a dolly that I payed for which made moving all the more stressful. It was an awful experience.
Stephen AWill not recommend uhaul they changed my location for pick up and return the same day as my pickup which inconvenienced me tremendously that lead to being charged double.

Elizabeth HMake sure that the trailer lights don't have a short and customer service definitely needs improvement. Also I thought that the employees were supposed to hook up the trailer.
TROY WCould use a better customer attitude, patience. The gas tank was not filled up as in times past. I thought that was the rule. So that was the 1st thing to do. I do appreciate getting a 26' truck, it was needed.
holly wI was not informed there was a drop off fee. I picked up the trailer in Dallas, GA dropped off 2 items in Ellijay and was offered a discount to drop the trailer off in Jasper, GA. Had I been informed there was a drop off fee for after hours, I would have dropped the trailer back off near my house in Dallas where I picked it up. But instead, I got charged an extra $20. I also never received my contract by email and had to call three times to ensure the Jasper location checked in the trailer. Someone needs to call me at 954-734-4869 and credit me back $20.

Soliman SI ordered certain equipment and the location did not have 2 of the 4 I ordered. I would recommend that they check orders so they could have all equipment ordered and maybe be a little more personable when checking folks in. Other than that, it was a good experience
Cindy NMy rental location was a different location. However, it was not the fault of the Uhaul Dealer. Their trailers were stolen. So, I received quick help finding another location that has a trailer the size I needed and ready for pick up. Kudos to the Uhaul Customer Service for helping me out! Thank you, Yolanda Campbell
Yolanda CAll in all, not a bad experience, but I have had MUCH better at many other U-Haul locations in the past. Every other location has helped me hook up and verify the lights are working. Not this place! The back of the uhaul had some type of residue (some kind of white power/concrete type stuff) that I had to sweep out to avoid damaging my load. Also, no one bothered to look at the trailer when I returned it. I like the idea of having confirmation that the trailer was returned in the condition that I received it in. Now, I am worried the franchisee might try to make some type of damage claim because I was not reassured by an immediate inspection. If something comes up, you bet I will be disputing it. We took pictures to be sure. So, all in all, not bad. But I would say not good either. I love U-Haul so I will be returning, but not this location for sure!!!
George BTrailer needed repairs prior to pickup. Told to come back in a hour to get trailer. The trailer has been there for 3 days under my reservation. No excuse not to be ready . Should at least get discount ?
Charles PLogistics was a nightmare. TCB was the 3rd location I was sent to, further and further away from my parked car, and my preferred pick-up location. I understand some authorized dealers do not have a great deal of inventory, but there should be better coordination between the online app and real-time inventory counts. This delay caused a ripple affect that cost me more time and money. I missed my start time for the movers and I had to come back the next day to finish moving alone (it took me 10 hours). The gentleman at Reemi's, one of your authorized dealers, was not helpful at all in helping me to find another location after the app directed me to pick-up at his store. He literally said to me, "I don't know why they sent you here when I don't have any trucks." Then without further interaction or explanation, he returned to other tasks. I was finally helped by a nice and informed lady that answered when I called another U-haul location. Quality Control.
Tamika PI had to stop and buy wipes to clean off the seats and steering wheel, cop holder, etc. there was candy in the cup holder. There was so much dog hair everywhere I could have made a wig. I would think especially in this time of everyone being exceptionally conscientious about cleanliness this should have been much better. The side mirror on the passenger side cannot be adjusted.

michael dThe only problem I had was I didn't have a adapter plug for the lights and they didn't have one ether and he said go ahead and use the trailer anyway another than that everything when find. John
John AI dropped off on Sunday, so no one was there. But, the U-Haul signs were very clearly posted, the drop location was obvious (it would have been nice if it had been flat as we had to find something to chock the trailer wheels), and the location is extremely convenient to my home.

Allen RI was not able to get a Paper copy receipt, which I would have liked to have. I did ask for the receipt to be emailed to me since he could not give me a paper copy and he did email me the receipt.

MILTON AThe hours of the business where we needed to pick up our truck. Stated on the door 8-5. We were scheduled to pick up at 8. My husband and I waited until 8:40 before anyone from the business showed up. When the individual did show up he offered no apology when we asked if the hours where correct and that we where schedule to pick up at 8. His response was rude and frankly unacceptable. He said "Yes, stuff happens, that's life, what's the problem?" I asked if that was the response he felt he should give to someone who had been inconvenienced to such a degree. His response was to tell me to go sit down in the waiting room. Yes, he's right. Stuff happens and a simple 'Sorry for the inconvenience' would have gone a long way. Uhaul is adamant that if you have questions, concerns etc to call. Good luck. We did that. Absolutely no help what so ever. In fact was transferred twice when I called because my original 'guaranteed' reservation was unavailable, to departments that where either after business hours or didn't answer until the line went dead. So, I'm calling again, on the phone as I type. Listening over and over to the recorded message telling me to submit a review, that issues can easily be resolved. And by doing so they say... ' taking the first steps to ensuring that the next family won't have to deal with the same kind of problems we have experienced' . Well, guess what. No one answers because 'we're experiencing a high volume of calls'. I intend to take this to a corporate level. I have used UHaul for years and have never had problems to this extent. Well, I finally got through to customer service. Was talking to a young man who was intensely listening to my situation. I got disconnected! Wow, what happened to Uhaul? Maybe I need to hire a local next time. The service couldn't be any worse. I intend to share my experience with anybody thinking about using Uhaul in the future and I will suggest to them that they look at the reviews. They speak for themselves. I should have listened.

trannie gThe TruckShate experience was a nightmare. I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 6am. I couldn't ever get the app to work. I chatted online with a UHaul rep who wasn't helpful at all. I called UHaul ans spoke with a rep who still wasn't able to assist. The end result was me waiting in the middle of nowhere with no way to go in which was not safe. After an hour, i received an error message stating I had to check out via the counter so I had to wait another hour until 8am when the shop I expected to be compensated with a credit for my inconvenience.
Frances TOriginal pick up was Acworth GA. Day before pick up I was sent to Dallas GA for pick up. Pick up time was 9:30am no truck till 11 am. Then charged for going over 142 miles!!
