The location of the dealer was not conducive to using the Uhaul application as wireless connectivity wasn't adequate for the app. Not their fault. I did call support and was told I'd be called so I could convey my concerns with this particular truck.

DAVID RAMSEYTo U-Haul management. It was 15 miles to the dealer to pick up equipment, then had to go home and load the truck. I was charged for the extra miles just to pick the truck up! I don’t I should have been charged for that!!

TINA WALKERThe trailer I picked up was in bad shape but didn't show until I was about 2 hours from my destination. Noticed the passenger side wheel wobbling and got out and noticed the rim had broke welds. Driver side wheel had broken weld also. Both tires were also about bald with very little tread left on them. Roadside assistance showed up and the passenger side wheel bearing was bad. I asked him to check the driver side as well and it was also bad. He couldn't find parts to fix it so a tow truck was called to pick it up. There was no place open to get a replacement trailer so I had to unload the lawn mower I had and get it in the back of my truck and finish my trip that way. With all of this trouble, I think this warrants a complete refund.
Luke BranumThe vehicle confirmed was locked and the business was not open. This was set for 24 hour pickup. The wait was an hour and half trying to get it figured out. This out our move behind which is already stressful enough. Business owner and uhaul needed to have better communication for the rental that was confirmed. I do believe this was a uhaul problem as major scheduling issues have occurred each time I have used uhaul
MARISSA SWAFFORDI asked if the trailer was correct for me vehicle. I was told it was and I have messed up my tranny. Also had to pay a transporter to come to Illinois and take it to my home in Benton Harbor mi.

DOYLE BLANCHARDThe location & condition of the truck were 5 star perfect but I would give the online check in & uhaul customer service a 0 rating if it were an option. The online check in was awful & only went from bad to worse when I called Uhaul customer service. After successfully scanning the bar code & front of my driver's license, it wouldn't let me select the option to scan the back of my license yet no error msgs. After several attempts & being outside in the freezing cold I called for assistance. From the onset the rep wasnt listening & kept asking for error msgs when there were none. I attempt again to explain, she very rudely orders me to stop yelling at her when I wasn't & wouldn't let me say I'm outside on speaker phone, she continues to interrupt nonstop, by then I've had enough so I told her to get a supervisor on the line & she immediately hung up on me! I've worked in & managed call centers over 25 years & especially considering the $ I paid, I'm mortified that Uhaul employs people who treat customers so terribly!

RICHARD GEREAlthough the area manager is going to talk to the location owner about the incident I was very disappointed in the experience. The truck was not available and we waited for almost 2 hours for them to finally come and get it from behind the locked gate and the man that came called us a liar on when we got there and was just rude about the whole thing and said he doesn’t even like dealing with uhaul. The back of the truck had to be swept out before we could even load anything in it. Like I said the area manager was very nice but I didn’t deal with him till after the fact.
