Put wrong truck out forcing me to search back lot for the right truck as the center was closed on a Saturday? Then tried to charge me for gas when I refilled the tank before returning.

This is my second time renting from this location. I dealt with Karen both times and she is an angel :) she made my experience a wonderful one. Honestly, there is nothing that I can think of that needs improvement.

Move the drop box to the building instead of the fence behind a trailer where people won't even know it's there. I had a 2 day rental. I only needed 1 so I returned the truck on sunday when the location was closed. This next bit is for uhaul corporate so make sure this gets passed along: There is a $20 convenience fee if you don't have the app. Although this was waived for me as a 'one time' thing I want to express how this is such a bad thing to do to customers. For an employee to 'check in' the truck that was dropped off, as they would normally do as part of their employed duty, $20 really? Stop it. Not everyone wants your app when they don't use your service but a few times in their lifetime.

I spent an hour waiting for the mobile app approval to go through. When I signed up for the mobile pickup there was no notice about having references. Also, my husband received a text but not a call. Then, another friend was called and there was no message, a quick hang up and they did not try again. The area was not well-lit and I had to wait on hold when I called for help twice.

No jacks on trailers is unsafe and unacceptable. Drop off location, woman not capable of lifting trailer off hitch. It is extremely heavy and older men and most women cannot lift it. Dropping it could cause injury

The office staff at this Green Cove Springs location (Jimco Site Services) were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and service-oriented. Rare qualities in today’s world. ‘Will definitely return for future needs, even though it’s farther than the U-Haul rental place we typically use.

I went there after hours, It was difficult to decide WHERE to put the trailer.. other than that, it was fine. I had to go 40 miles away from my ORIGINAL drop location in St. Augustine bc that lot was full. Even though I got refunded some money, it was extremely in convenient.

Your system would not allow me to check in. Fortunately the site manager showed up and she helped me check in both the t trailer and the truck which was set to pick up at another location. Not a user friendly system for checking in when the office is closed.

Gate was periodically inoperable. Facility is not very secure since the adjacent construction company gate is left wide open so often. We left because we moved to N Jax. No other reason.

Stored several things with them for a couple of years (RV, trailers, trucks, jeeps). Never had any issues whatsoever. Lot is very safe and very clean. Staff was very communicative and always available when needed. Very friendly and helpful staff! Would not hesitate to use again.

We have used this storage area for the past four years. It is extremely well maintained. It is gated and very secure. The staff are exceptional. They have gone out of their way to assist and accommodate our needs
