Speedier check out. This location is associated with a food mart and the manager/ owner was multi-tasking during our paper work process. He was a friendly gentleman but it took entirely too long for me to get on the road

This location does not need to be a drop off location. There was NO drop box anywhere on the building. The Mini mart closes at 7 and we were not done moving till 9ish. My brother started to take pics per the app and submit in while I was looking for the drop box. There was NO drop box. The only option was a mailbox at a used car dealership right next door and anyone could open the mailbox and steal the car and I was not about to be charged with a stolen truck bc of no drop box. So we looked up another location that was open till 11 bc I would rather leave the car with them and give them the keys. Meanwhile while I sat on hold for over 30 min before I could get any customer service rep on the phone we decided to take it to CTS towing (201 big run rd, Lexington ky 40503). We finally get a representative named Austin on the phone and I asked if I can change the drop off location bc the other place had no drop box and it was in a very unsafe area. He kept saying they do have a drop box. When 4 of us walked the premesis and there was NOTHING. He said bc we already submitted everything through the app that they can't change it. He put us on hold 3 other times and clearly this was not our issue this is an IT issue then if you all can not undue or change anything. I was having the best interest of U-Haul by not leaving it at that location and it getting stolen. At about an hour into the call Austin was very rude and said he would of told us to hide the keys in the car and we should not of taken it to th other place. And at this point I was done Bc it took an hour for him to tell us this. It was a problem that I felt I solved very well and U-Haul service was terrible. Austin then gave the woman at CTS towing a name and number for a manager to call and the man would come pick up the U-Haul key from them in the morning and said that I am no longer responsible for the vehicle. THIS WAS REDICULOUS bc the app makes it seem so easy and it is not with these drop off locations. This location needs to be taken off the list for drop off there was no drop box. I will never rent from U-Haul again after that situation and a long day of moving. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

This location is easy to access. I had to wait for the staff to make a call before I could even park the truck because they didn't know where it would go.

The owner told me to pull the trailer across the street and unhook it myself. Never looked at it and had no help whatsoever to unhook or inspect. Second time I have dropped off at this location with this owner and he should NOT be a U-Haul distributor. Runs a mini mart and does not care about the U-Haul customers just minding his store. Will never use this place again. So U-Haul really needs to drop this place. Paying this guy to use your service is giving U-Haul a bad name.

There was no one to help disconnect the trailer and I had to ask another customer to help me. Trailers should have jacks to raise the trailers. Clerk over charged me. I had to call customer service to get it changed, and the I returned the trailereatly a day sooner as was still overcharged. The trailer itself was great and pulled excellently.

This store sold nothing but supplies for smoking POT it was a head shop. The owner was high as fuck. Thus store needs to be raided by the police and shut down! This bill that you sent me is BULL SHIT! I dropped off your truck at a gas station and before I turned it in I put gas in it and the gas hand was showing 1/2 of a tank. I have a witness that saw me put gas in the truck and the store probably has video cameras there. THIS IS ANOTHER WAY UHAUL CAN STICK IT TO YOU!!!!!! UHAUL SUCKS!!!!!! Also I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to go get this peice of SHIT truck because UHAUL Refused to go pick one up for me. What about the gas money that I am out to make that trip. That will be 15$ please payable NOW!!! How do I get that money back!?!?!!??

Agent was out of town, so we had to deal with a cashier (who was very nice) of the gas station, and she was alone during a busy time of day. Cashier thought the truck was broke and didn't understand why I was there to pick up the truck which made me very nervous. She ended up getting the agent on the phone, and he gave me a number to finalize the payment. I had to leave the store to give out information that I didn't want all the customers of the gas station to hear. Besides all of the above information I was very thankful that the had a truck to accommodate my moving needs.

It was in the middle of nowhere, in the opposite direction of where I was going. No one there to receive the vehicle so I can only hope it has closed properly. The whole rental process makes me happy theirs competition in the market.

The person who operates this location, was not there to issue the trailer and complete the paperwork. I spent over an hour waiting for the guy and then on the phone. Finally, the person at the call center was able to complete the contract (although I had to give her all the info I originally submitted on line) so that I could then go and fish the trailer I rented out from behind all the others. As I was about to connect it, I man who stated he was a friend of the guy who was supposed to be there showed up to help me out.

My reservation was originally made at a different location in Nicholasville, KY. When I went to pick the truck up at the initial location I was told that my truck was not there and that they weren't sure when they could get me one. I understand that scheduling issues can occur but I believe the professional thing to do would have been to give me a call to let me know when it became apparent that there was a problem. My scheduled move was moved back about three hours due to the location not having my truck and also having to drive to another location that is further away.

I met the owner/manager of the location. He assured me I would not incur any overage charges for miles due to the odometer reading being off. However, I am now being billed for overage and continue to be billed now for a late charge. All of which I DO NOT OWE. The owner/manager was nice enough but I'm confused as to why the odometer was off and why I would be responsible for this charge. I'd like to get this cleared up as soon as possible.

Staff was more involved with his cell phone than interacting with me, the customer. I had to ask for assistance to hook up trailer. It was not offered. No one surveyed the tow vehicle to see if it was a good fit as web site implied.

The owner was busy taking care of customers coming into his mini-mart and also trying to take care of me. So I had to wait a little longer than normal until his helper arrived. Then he gave me 100% of his attention. Very detailed in handing the truck and keys over to me and had good advice on how to return the truck and avoid any additional fees.

Easy to find and had gas station there so very convenient for returning the truck. Little difficult to find a good area to park a 26 ft truck for drop off, but staff very friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend to others in this area.

When you reserve a truck two weeks in advance you should have the size needed. Also you must do better than one day notice that you have changed everything. Rental was $249 when I got there you tried to charge $515 and then $360 and you still have two charges on my credit card $249 and $360. Took another hour there to get the truck because of this. Will not use U Haul again !!

The store was under staffed and we were told to wait while the attendant waited on every customer that pumped gas or came into the store to purchase something. Our wait time was nearly 20 minutes. However, the attendant was helpful when he finally started to wait on us.

They gave me a uhaul knowing the right turn signal didn't work! A family friend cleaned the cable connectors for me and then it was fine, it was just too dirty when I got it. Then, the worker sent me to westville and that location is closed on Saturday when I was supposed to drop it off. I was on the phone with very nice reps who told me to leave it there and I had to figure out how to unhitched it myself and left the papers at the adjoined auto shops (there was no drop box) with a man who said he didn't know what to do with them. That was unsettling and having to figure out how to unhitch it made me late and dirty for a friends wedding. I will NEVER rent from that location again.

Show more direct interest in customer, communicate updates throughout the in-store process, list the correct phone number (sounded like a fax machine when I called), focus on customer's transaction instead of talking with other employees, watching employee's children behind the counter, and also show overall quicker service. Nice employees, but focus on customer wasn't there with regards to attention or timeliness.
