The pick up location was fine, but it was 75 miles from where we reserved the truck. We confirmed the reservation the night before pick up but next morning were informed there was no truck available. The reservation system that allows a reservation to be made when there are no trucks available is truly awful. Because of that, I will avoid using U-haul in the future.

Nothing wrong with the representative at this location. We reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance. No one contacted us prior to our pickup to alert us that a truck was not made available. Your customer service representative “Maria” and her supervisor were aggravated and unhelpful. We were at fault due to Uhauls inability to provide a truck. My wife and I had to call out of work, reschedule our movers, pay for a second rental car, and pay for the gas to go pick up the truck that was 120miles north. We weren’t compensated for any of this. I should also mention how dirty the truck was as well - sticky cup holders, sunflower seeds and chips on floor, bugs on windshield. I will go out of my way to never use U-Haul again, and will make sure none of my friends or family use your incompetent services again. Train your customer service representatives to do their jobs - alert customers of changes to their reservations, compensate them when they’ve been inconvenienced at no fault of their own, and learn common phone etiquette.

First of all they didn’t have our reservation ready so I had to spend 27 more dollars on fuel to pick it up from a different location. Then, when I returned it I filled the take up and I still got charged 20$! This is insane. So so so disappointed.
