Having moved to Oregon, I noticed a lot more equipment available as opposed to Wyoming. People in Wyoming move just like they do in Oregon. Somehow, Wyoming dealers need more equipment for rental than there is currently available. Something to think about..

I was charged an extra$117 and the uhaul drop off location couldn't tell me why. I called another uhaul company (307)237-5252 and they don't know why I was charged that amount either. They said they would refund me but never did!

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. To the point where I will be talking to an attorney. I received a contract online to reserve my truck and rates. When I went to pick up my truck the contract was no longer in the system. They also changed the location of where I was to pick up the truck. I entered my driver's information on my contract. The deleted my contract and made one up in my driver's name. They changed the rates and made me have to buy a insurance that I didn't have to buy. My driver was not financially bound to my contract. My driver I hired. So how can U delete my signed contract, but my driver on a separate contract yet charge me. This business TTT is crooked and I will be reporting them to all federal government and state agencies dealing with business. I have requested copies of my digitally signed contract. The customer service lady at TTT said that she could NOT FIND MY CONTRACT.She called another store or another agent who said "I CAN'T FIND HIS CONTRACT BUT, I CAN DRAW ONE UP! This is shady and illegal business. If we don't have a signed contract, how are you in my bank account trying to with draw $1300. If we don't have a contract, how are we in business? My driver who didn't sign anything to make them liable for the hill, how are you charging me for another person's contract? TTT is crooked and I wouldn't recommend them to a enemy.

This rental was a disaster!! I was given a cost and when I got there it was a totally different price. I was told I could have 50 miles 5o pick up the truck, because the local company did not have the size I needed. I was not. In the past, I have been given a price, and that's what the price was, not this time, I felt screwed over. I don't think I will ever use your company again.

The people were all great. The Uhaul system was very inconsistent - telling me that my reservation was through Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, depending on the source. You don't give your pickup/dropoff locations the resources to find out the answer for the customer.

When ordering a certain size truck you have it in stock or find one and get it to the location customers are working with. When in a location that is very rural it would help to have a full tank of gas. We picked up the truck and had to travel 70 miles to get to our beginning destenation. We had a 26 footer truck it ran great! We were worried about gas mileage and it did great.

No one there to accept trailer or to help unhitch trailer from truck. I had to Drive around town n find stranger to help. Had to take pics for proof and had trouble uploading. Called U-Haul number she tried to help but couldn't get it. Wasted a lot of time when if someone was there I wouldn't have wasted the time.....

We were very stressed for 2 hours when the U-Haul system was down and we had no idea if we'd get our truck! While the local gal, Gina, was great, U-Haul needs to have a non-computer back-up system for people to use! Other than that, our experience was very good!
