GABRIELA HThe truck was dirty in the cab in the box very dirty I can say the truck is a defective and the steering they just let me have the truck as is unsafe with no fuel. Very very poor service. I'm very disappointing from this track today this is not my first Rental with you. I am renting a lot and this is not the quality. I'm normally get very poor service.

Julio Vthis wasn’t the place i chose when reserving the truck, i was called and told to go here, i didn’t complain it’s 5 miles farther as i’m paying for mileage but just dealt with it as it’s too late to change and find a truck, this place has multiple shops, no parking, also an auto shop i was told to wait and watched him working on the car, i finally just viewed the app as i remembered something about drop off, i just took a pic of the fuel, mileage, and the back inside, showing the dolly gave him the keys and just left, not the best of areas

IAN NTruck was dirty. No utility dolly or furniture dolly. Sent me to another location that also had no dollies when there was a location less than a mile with dollies.
Charles ATake care of customers and be helpful without having to let the customer do everything like in my case that I had to disconnect everything by myself.
RODOLFO CThey need to check the gas gauge better,because I was charged for 1 Gallon of gas,when I clearly filled it back to the full line,where it was when I received it! That's bad customer service if you ask me!!!
Joseph HFirst of all, it opened late and several customers were waiting. I originally wanted to rent a truck and as soon as I got there they told me they didn't have any trucks and if I wanted one I would have to call U-Haul online. This is not okay especially when you hired a person to help.

HILDA MI call in to rental truck small and dolly we agree quote conversation for small truck and total amount for rent $400 include miles, and the guy there say we are moving not a rental, and so I end up 44ft truck 36ft and tow equipment 8ft this it is outrage I never try in that place or recommend to no one to that place, the place they operator in auto repair and small space.
thuan lThere is nothing wrong with the location just your website is incorrect when it comes to what cars your trailers will carry I would not recommend using your car hauler trailers for any vehicles with a ground effects kit or lower profile cars my car went onto the trailer fine but the front two lips of the trailer while traveling and the car suspension going up and down caused damage to the front of my car causing the bumpers to come loose in a couple of different spots. Your website says it would haul my 2017 Mustang GT350 but it did not without damages.
richard iI arrived after hours planning to drop the trailer myself. When I arrived a couple employees were still there and they ran across the street to open the gate and let me in. They even assisted in disconnecting the trailer. Great bunch of guys!
JOHN KI rented a 9x12 trailer. My daughter and I had to connect the trailer ourselves and disconnect it upon return. They then said I was 1 minute late and charged me an entire second day!! I called the local number and nobody answered so I called U Haul corporate and got the extra charge refunded. U Haul should revoke this franchise and I would not even recommend this location to my worst enemy!!

GUILLERMO AThe auto hauler tires straps were a great concern, one of them was very worn and about 1/3 of it left. The truck was fine, and T100 was doing what he could, single operator with uhaul customers lined up on a Sunday.

LUCIEN ADon't add extra charges that are not approved before hand by the customer. Make sure someone is always present during business hours. Sweep out and clean interior if the customer doesn't clean it prior to the next customer's use.

JESUS VDon't send customers there. No parking, poor signage, didn't know where the office was, had to drive across a busy four lane street, and we did not feel safe there. We were staying in San Diego with a U-haul a mile away and was told we had to drive to Chula Vista to pick up our equipment.

Donald EI had to travel a greater distance than I wanted to get my vehicle. Then I had to travel back to that same greater distance to return the vehicle. That was not to my liking. But would have to say that the rates are fair and the rental agent was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and credible.

Oscar VI reserved a trailer 17 miles closer to my location. U-Haul changed the location. They called me and offered a discount of a few dollars that barely covered the cost of gas. The discount did not appear on my bill. But it was so small I'm not bothering, which I'm sure is what uhaul counts on.

Dianna PAlso rented a dozen packing blankets on the Uhaul App beforehand but when I picked up the trailer at this location they did not have any packing items available. Had to make an extra trip to find blankets after I pick up this trailer. A bit inconvenient. Please do not offer add on purchases to locations that do not carry these items (blankets, tape, boxes, etc.) or have any stock.
Thomas WThe guy said he didn't have room for the truck and I had to show him the email from Uhaul stating this was the correct location. Parking was impossible for the two 26ft trucks so I parked one in a fire zone on the street and the other truck in the parking lot blocking at least 4 cars for the surrounding businesses in the strip. He didn't even look at the trucks. He just told me to give him the keys and he would close the contracts when he had time.

DANIEL LThe location that I picked up the truck was very good, it is not the location I had requested. The scheduler did not contact me about the change of location until I called the 800 number after receiving an e-mail the day prior to pick up. Terrible communication from your office.

Ricardo AThe older guy did not want to help me I told him I didn't have a reservation but it was plenty of trucks available he told me to go to another location. I went to my car and made a reservation then went back to show him and he went to get somebody else and mumbled some words in Spanish.
Victor PVery sketchy neighborhood. Have to run across traffic through the street (Main St is very busy) to go to/from the fenced-in gravel parking lot where they keep the U-Hauls.

siavosh rTruck had no gas and check engine light on. I was never called before moving day and told that my booking location didn't have my size truck so they changed the pick up location and didn't tell me. This cut into my 4 hours of time paid for the movers and I was charged extra.

Johannes BAfter leaving for my trip. Found out trailer I had rented was bent. Have pictures and reported. It was so bad I could only travel approx 40 mph for the safety of my family and my vehicle and other vehicles on the road. Have been waiting for a phone call. And instead I get an email stated that he tried to get ahold of me and here is a $100 refund. I'm sorry but this is horrible customer service. And I would like to talk to a representative. If we cannot resolve this then my next steps are to get legal involved which I would rather not go that route. But that trailer should have never left their lot. Bradley GThe only problem with this location is that you need to check in on one side of the street, and then get your equipment at a locked gate lot at the other side of the street having to cross 5 lanes of traffic. So although the service is good, I would say this a DANGEROUS location to rent from.
WILLIAM AIts true that it is a scam place, every review says the same thing but it was so close by i had to try. Same thing happened though, they charged for the cdw (calofornia damage waiver) even though i specified i didnt want it. Also i know how they get customers, because theres another u haul place across the street (its fake) and if you book there (has 4.6 stars) they will call you and tell you its closed no matter the time or day and send you right across the street to the one with 1.6 stars

Jairo AUhaul snuck in an extra $15 insurance even though I opted out of everything when I made the reservation. I was not asked by the employee in-person if I wanted the insurance, it was simply added on. When I signed the contract on the tablet, I was not allowed to read the contract and I was simply told "this is only an estimated price", and I was not allowed to look at the contract on the tablet, only the signature area. I later found out a $15 insurance was added on without my consent or notice.

George AWhen the truck arrived it was looked at and when I returned it, it wasn't looked at either. Was never given paperwork on it, but told I was charged 58$. Now days later am told I had to pay damages to the truck. I never hit anything and it never left my sight. Whatever damage was done to it was maybe by the user before me

David GI rented a truck and a dolly two weekends in a row. The second time I also asked for a dozen furniture pads which they were unable to provide. Neither time did they have the type of dolly I requested, and the second one they provided was broken. It was marked as such when they put it in our truck, but we didn't see the note until we tried to use the dolly. When we called to say it was unusable, they refused to bring a working one out to us and told us to call the service number who told us to call the location. Due to time constraints we ended up having to carry everything by hand and risk injury. Luckily we've moved out of the area and will have no need to use this location again. UHaul's practices for equipment renting and availability leave much to be desired. I was not able to reserve the truck the second time for two days in a row and when I called to see how to extend it I was just told to keep it the extra day at $40/day. The second day I called and the rep was concerned why I didn't return it on time. The lack of communication and availability and poor processes leave much to be desired and unfortunately uHaul is the prevailing moving company. Next time I'll seek out other options
