I rented a Uhaul in Tifton GA. I arrived for pickup and they sent me 20 miles away to pickup a Uhaul in Sycamore. When I arrive at 10am, I was told it would be 12pm before a certain lady come In for work to rent the uhaul to me. I guess the man at work did not know how to do it?? This C was very frustrating because now I had to wait four hours past my orgional 8am scheduled pickup time. This made everything and everyone Kate for my move outta town. I was Very disappointed!!!

Easy to find location and very helpful people!
RICKIE C.Person never checked the truck. Asked me where I parked the truck, so he did not really know if I returned the truck or not except that I gave him the key. I was charged a late fee for return and didn't know that there was a de4adline to have it back. Not happy about the $20.00 late fee that was charged to my credit card.
Edward L.I was accommodated 40 extra miles for having to drive @ least 32+ miles (round trip) to pick up the truck. I was told I could pick up the truck between 6am &12pm. Made it clear I'd be there at 9:00 am. No one was there, so after calling the phone# - I had previously confirmed (the truck) with, the guy on the phone had to call - someone supposedly responsible for site operations, then call the “service station†I was told to go in to pick up the keys… - No Paperwork - just my credit card- after verifying truck mileage & full gas tank, was on my way. The truck had vomit under the edge of the passenger seat. Chewed gum stuck to the floor @ the center console. The truck -cargo area- wasn't swept out. So, I did that, before I loaded the truck, & after I unloaded. I'm pretty sure the truck I received was 12'…not a 15'…like I had contracted. I couldn't load everything, so I had to pickup my husband's truck & make another trip to pick up the remaining items in my husband's personal truck - & drive it back to NC. Before completing my task. When trying to return the truck, I was told to drop the truck keys in a drop box, as the business had “closed†@ 5:00pm. I didn't see a “drop boxâ€..so I rang the doorbell, as this was a home & business. I was informed by the “wife of the site managerâ€, that he was checking something “off locationâ€â€¦& she “didn't know how long he'd beâ€. As far as the truck - I returned it with a Full tank and around 80 miles under my allotted 566 miles. I'm always good on trip/mileage management. I have requested (or attempted to) obtaining an accurate copy of my contract/transaction, yet to be fulfilled. If I hadn't been on such a tight timeline, I would've been adamant about records. I kept all photos of gas mileage, interior shots(before & after - cab & cargo) for myself. Everything is so automated but not particularly comfortable, with irregularities of management!
Sandy S.Key was unavailable until one hour after checking in and promised time. Requested utility dolly was 50 miles away.
JASON K.I will drive out of my way to use this location.
