We called the night before to see if we could drop it off early and he gave us instructions on where to out the trailer and that he would check it in and email me a receipt...he did just that.

We reserved a car carrier several days before pick up. We did all the paperwork in person the day of the reservation. When we came to pick up the carrier, we were told that there was no reservation, only an inquiry about renting on the computer. Meanwhile, very soon after we had made the initial reservation, we had gotten an e-mail confirmation from U Haul that our reservation was set with a confirmation number. The proprietor in Pine River didn't seem interested in our confirmation and didn't want to see it. He said he would have had to re-do the paperwork even with a confirmation. This didn't make sense since it had already been done. Fortunately for us, the carrier was on the lot and we got to take it.

Tim Sweet handled my reservation very professionally and was a joy to work with. He attached the trailer to my vehicle and checked the lights. My only complaint is that the inside of the trailer was dirty, with dried mud and pine needles. I had to sweep the trailer before I could load it.

I picked up the trailer and when I got to my house, 15 miles away, I saw that the one of the tires was flat. I had to drive back and have the tire changed. This cost me 90 minutes of lost travel time.

Omg, update your software! 35 min to go through your process. Your site sucked! SWEET cars helped me tremendously. If I remtva trailer from him, it takes 35min to get through your stupid website, he makes 5 bucks? Minimum wage is higher. Fix website

the system software over charged me by 1 day, the local owner had to call corp. office to get it fixed.

Go to drop it off and they are in the middle of trying to sell a car so told me it would be quit a while before he could check me out. Drop it if I want and he would do it later. No help at all

You need to tell customers the price for one way drop off versus bring the truck back to where it was picked up. I would of been charged $159.99 for using the truck for 7 hours vs less for bringing it back to where I picked it up. Make charges aware of one way charges at the time of making reservation. Was very upset that this wasn't made clear to me and talked to 2 people at uhaul that were of no help had to contact the place where I rented and he was closed at that time. Not happy.
