Honestly, the location felt second-rate and afterthought. I MUCH prefer the location on Wabash and originally contracted to pick up there... why it was changed I'm unaware. Though the contact-less delivery was standard I did have to make a rep phone call (garbled and spotty as their phone was) to clarify what needed doing on-site. Obviously it's a rented space from an existing business and, honestly, should be someplace a bit more appropriate and respectable. The area next to the railroad tracks is a bit sketchy. That being said once the wrinkles were ironed the automatic pickup process went well enough.Joseph L.

The gym was actually closed but the employee that happened to be there helped me with getting the truck since my iPhone wouldn't take a picture. He also got the Manager to give me a 10' truck instead of a 26' because that is what I really needed. They both went above and beyond to help me.Betsy M.

The location was great and the man working the counter at Sweatbox Gym was super friendly. But, the overall experience getting the truck reserved and speaking with customer service all week was a disaster. Never again.Kealie T.

Dirty, Not full fuel, Got charged for it being dirty and for the empty tank. Even though I picked it up with a 1/4 of a tank and tons of trash in the back. Not satisfied at all, treated terrible. Bad experience for a constant customerLuke A.
U-Haul has the worst customer service.. Rude, unprofessional people working at home. Take me hour to pickup truck & wasn't able to get size I needed & I requested dolly & it wasn't in the truck. The whole experience was awfulVicenta B.
The reservation was expired even though the timing was still open. We had to then reorder the uhaul and the location was self service so there was no one to help us. The uhaul was dirty.Michael O.
