The agent was rude & unprodessional. When I lovked the kwys in the truck I turned to the agent for help & she promised to resilve it. A day & 1/2 later, the agent didnt resolve the issue. The equiptment was damaged, dirty & defective. After renting ut I learned the windshield wipers did not work & the key would not uock the passenger door. When I returned the vehicle ti this agent, she was extremely disrespectful & abusive

I was left to hook up my trailer to my pickup by myself, which was not a problem. I was surprised that the wiring harness from the trailer to my pickup's plug was not included. The facility had a harness which they sold to me. Of the several UHaul rentals that I have had in the past, I have never had a trailer that didn't include the harness.

They put the wrong return date on my contract causing me to return the equipment a full day early. I wont use uhaul ever again

The trailer had NO trailer lights at all. Did not know that til we were on the road on our vacation and tried to use them. 13 hour drive with no tail lights or brake lights.
