MICHAEL MUnit 1460 was suppose to be cancelled and never was done …we have been paying for a empty unit since 3/24/24 for no reason it is an empty unit that misty never took care of and now late charges are being added

Debra FThis vehicle requires a front end wheel alignment ASAP. The steering wheel is cocked at a 45 degree angle which makes it very hard to read the speedometer. Vehicle was clean.

Brion CExcellent experience here. The staff was very helpful and between the two of us, we were able to quickly make the return. The app was not so friendly as when I got to the final step of confirming the location it just spun and definitely and I had to move on. Luckily the staff validated my return, and the rental agreement was fulfilled.
Ronald KI was given the wrong keys. Took the wrong truck. Had to come back and exchange.. wasn't convenient. They didn't offer a discount either even though I brought it back early on top of it. Wouldn't that seem fair given the rental experience?

Mike RWe did have one tire on the truck that had very low pressure that required the attendant to give us coins to try and fill it up. We were delayed on leaving the location as we wanted to see if the tire pressure would start dropping before having to drive over an hour away. We were able to complete our move. Called the regional office when we noticed the issue and spoke with Mike who was very helpful and concerned for our safety.

They were grateful for our business, cared about our experience, were informative to us about the rental process, and effortlessly credited us for the days that we didn't utilize the truck. Nikolas GWhen I opened the trailer up it was clear that someone prior to me who rented the trailer used it to transport some sort of farm animals. There was manure and straw still on the floor and the smell was horrible. I would not recommend this location to anyone else and would appreciate a refund.
Levi BThis location was great. My experience beforehand was very poor though. I had reserved a truck for 12pm online at the only location that had one available at that time. I got a text to call so I did, only to find out my reservation was switched to the above place (not a bad thing honestly) but my time was pushed back to 230pm. This was annoying as I had already made plans with family and friends for 12. I got to the above address after 230pm and was told I was early for my 315pm slot, but a truck was ready….. the text I received after calling U-Haul stated clearly "230pm". We returned the truck around 6-7pm I think, and later that night I received 2 texts saying my appointment is coming up and these stated 315pm. I don't know what happened. Why would the app show available trucks when there isn't one available. Why was I told 230pm on the phone, and via text only to be told it was 315pm in person AT the pickup location and THEN informed, 7 hours later after my reservation that my pickup was 315pm. Please fix this absolute headache for any future customers. The gas station clerk at the location was extremely nice and helped me with the process, he did a great job helping me.
Karen JMy experience with this rental was rather smooth. The gentleman who hooked up the trailer was courteous. Also he noticed a worn cable which is used to plug into my vehicle for lights and replaced it. No problems with trailer. Thank you, James
James LPlease take this location off of the map. The people who own this have no idea what they're doing. This was not the first time I had been there and it's the same every time. I had to call a service rep from another store to help me out because the attendant at this location was clueless. She told my boyfriend we needed to move a different u-haul truck for her in order to park the truck we brought… no… that's not mine or his job. We are paying for a service, I expect the people who work there to know what's going on and be able to check me in without ME having to get help from someone else. I will be checking rates at other places for my next move. This was not easy. I was really grateful for the lady on the phone, she handled everything really professionally and was the one who talked to the attendant at this store and told her what she needed to do because our truck would not start once we parked it. The key would not turn in the ignition and it happened the morning we went to get gas as well. I'm not sure what happened to the truck but it looked like someone tried to rip open the ignition switch when we got it. Oh, and the attendant told us she couldn't take the truck and we needed to leave. LIKE WHAT?! HOW?! The lady on the phone told her that we didn't need to take the truck and that her rep would contact her about it. Over all… I am never going to this store ever again.

Valarie HTruck was dirty in the back, front smelled like manure, windows inside dirty and cab dusty. When checking in the guy would stop and help other customers instead of completing my service, that extended the process.
Denise CThe price per mile was incorrect. On the pick up it said .49 but I was charged .99 attendant said there was nothing she could do about the mix up. This is crazy. I usually go with penske and after this experience I will be returning to their care where they are upfront with pricing and fix mistakes that occurs on their end.
