Camille and the gentleman were awesome people to deal with from the get-go. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a uhaul.

Graydon SWell the visit was good at the start, the parking lot is small and the sun was directly in the mirrors so I couldn't see the lady pointing to go 5 ft left which normally isn't a big deal when backing up, just start over however she asked my son if I was stupid. Completely uncalled gor and I will tell everyone I know about how this store, this business calls their customers stupid.

Shona WPick up location was confused at first ...Not the fault of the Leduc location !... Uhaul central switched pickup location from Edmonton to Millet but when we arrived there the location was closed so we were sent to Leduc ... Why we weren't redirected from Edmonton to Leduc in the first place we don't understand given it's location close to the airport where we arrived that morning and the number of trucks available at that location . ... the woman there was more then helpful and we were on our way in minutes

DARNELL BI think having to drop off 45 minutes away from where you live extra kms should be added for free..That’s my only complaint with uhaul..This location was amazing to deal with and would definitely recommend them…

Randy CAfter dropping off your trailer... I asked you to comment on the $5.00 safe trip charge BEFORE you charge my mastercard. This didn't happen and the $5.00 charge went ahead immediately.This charge was not mentioned in your estimated quote. There's no explanation of what this buys me. There fore, this is an illegal charge. I will pursue legal action against your business practices. On another note, the staff said they would be there until 04:30. Your advertising said open until 05:00. I had phone the office at 04:15 to say I will arrive at 04:30 and will need assistance to drop off. But, the office was already closed and I was all alone with dropping off etc. Very disappointing.

Vinoy PThese trailer tires are garbage The lights quit working properly, shortly after leaving the pickup location... my vehicle is fine. The weather/ roads were bad and I was less than 2 hours past the 24 hour mark ,returned the trailer washed and much cleaner than I received and STILL got billed another day. The drop location was closed for the weekend soits not like they lost revenue. I feel gouged

Allan KI feel we were over charged for what was a couple pine needles in the back of a truck but then was told there was some type of spill but that for some reason they didn't have a photo of nor did we have any liquid in the truck and it was dry outside. It was a very over priced experience for an already not greatly cleaned truck

ADAM MI was charged twice when I dropped the truck off. It was muddy and required a car wash when it was returned. It had mud on it when I picked it up but I shouldn't be charged $100. I was also billed twice for the drop off. I don't understand how someone can just charge what ever they like. How do I get charged for renting a truck for a week and being billed 3 times for a total of over $1100. I will make sure my company never uses this company again.

John WI rented a U-Haul from Supreme paint and dent in Leduc AB. I was not informed that I was going to receive a text that offered me a link for an inspection of the unit prior to leaving their location. When we got into the truck it was dirty and upon opening the box of the truck when we arrived at my home there was a lot of dirt etc in the back. Used the truck for 2 small loads returned it and didn't think much more on it until I received my invoice the next day. I was charged a 25$ cleaning fee for the mess that was in the truck before I rented it. I called Supreme paint and dent in Leduc only to be called dirty pigs and to be told we spilt pop and food all over the cab and my kids were jumping all over the seats etc. my sister and I (2 Seniors) were the only ones in the vehicle I am thoroughly disgusted in the manner in which Supreme paint and dent responded to my complaint !!!!! Find somewhere else to pick up your U-Haul as this family run business is a facetious, foul mouthed lying bunch who knowingly commit fraudulent claims against you!!!! Management down down to front desk will yell swear and lie to your face!!!!!!

Gursajanpree DCommunication was excellent, from booking, to confirming reservation, and final paperwork. Especially when I was called because I left my credit card on the counter. I was a bit confused about the before pictures and after pictures. Great service, I would definitely choose this location if need be.

Patrick KThe people running this depot should not be part of U-Haul. They are insulting and use foul language and have no respect for your customers. U-Haul has always been my source for moving but this place has put a very bitter feeling in my thoughts about using U-Haul ever again. They unprovoked-ly used foul language and told me to F off when I asked where I could go to fix the lights so I could be safe on the road. Also the unit was not clean and lights were broken on it. Bad bad bad people and the owner was the worst and he taught his employees well as they all used foul language towards me and I was in total shock. Denis RThere was debris on the floor when I got it. Small stuff. The seal on the back door didn't seal well. You charged me 15.00 for this. I won't return to U-Haul. I had to honour of my way to pick it up and couldn't return it to a local U-Haul. Our business will go elsewhere

Olusegun TStay away, I was 1 hour late on a car trailer, this slimball business submitted it 3 hours late and charged me an extra day. In fact the truck rental that I had rented didn't charge me an extra day? This slimball business doesn't deserve your business. Crooks like these should be charged with fraud.

Jason THorrible behaviour by male attendant behind counter. The way he spoke to my daughter was disgusting. It would be in my opinion that U-Haul needs to invest in some customer service lessons. As well as notifying the customer before hand that you have nothing available to move furniture or containers. I will be complaining on google and any other review websites I can find. I am so disgusted and shocked all of this.

Michael WCamille and her husband were great. Aloud to leave carrier at site till truck was loaded. They made sure carrier was hooked up before leaving. Only downside was the Uhaul computer program. About half an hour to get the invoice to except payment

Glenn GWe were charged a "Cleaning Fee" when all we moved were a couple of couches and mattresses? I believe this extra charge is to make up for the fact that because they were closed on the Saturday that week and we were asked to pick it up a day early to accommodate them, and the extra day would be "free" she said, I believe they made up this excuse of a cleaning fee to charge us an extra day rental anyways...we didnt even pick the van up until the Saturday anyways, I just went in early to pay for it to accommodate them. I am not impressed....

Roland GCharged $20 to self park the truck in the lot after hrs and put key in drop box. Truck given to me with "a little over half a tank" just bring it back with that amount.... maybe have it full and I bring it back full? Like any normal rental is done

WILLIAM BI'm not happy with being charged an extra $20 for something called after hours service? I returned the trailer a day early and the next day was a holiday. I returned the trailer cleaner then I received it. I would like to have the extra charge returned.

Brett HProprietor arrived swearing at my sister who was there to pick me up 'figur a one f'ing ahole here on a Sunday'. Just opened door of truck and was trying to figure put what to do with equipmnet, he walked up and said 'you better not be f'ing planning on leaving that mess here' (3 clothing boxes n. Truck i planned to return for credit. Asked if he was taking equipment 'no f'ing way, just here to pick up my dog'. As a professional investigator working for legal teams I can tell you his behaviour borders on harassment so I took appropriate notes. I am surprised such an individual has anything to do with the public based on this interaction. Judging from some of the reviews online UHaul is ok with it I guess.
