I did find some missing anchor hooks inside the trailer I rented which made securing items challenging.

EUGENE MI could see that there was a sign on the front entrance to the rental area. It was a large sign and the lights were out, so I never approached to see the signage. The trailers were parked to the rear of the business and the parking lot was clean but the building itself looked like it was in poor condition. I checked out on the mobile app to avoid contact with anyone. No one approached me during my check-in which was alright. I didn't find the place to be inviting.

I’ve never driven a truck of this size before but felt well prepared after reading the information provided. It was a real time saver at pick up to have completed much of the pre-rental information needed in advance online. The reps were knowledgeable and polite. Drop off was easy and fairly quick. I appreciated that they were open on Sunday. The only detriment was the pick up time at 9am; I’d have liked to get an earlier start. I would absolutely rent from them again.
Cynthia BCustomer service there was poor. The location of the key was in the back of the truck, and when I sign down online, you guys kept showing me the box. I had to wait for the attendant which defeats the purpose of trying to get an early pick up.

AGUSTIN LWe rented our 10' truck for a one way trip and called the telephone # provided when we arrived forndrop off. I was told where to park the truck and to drop the keys in the drop box. I dropped the keys in the key box. I did go in to the store to advise the keys were in the drop box and was told I'd receive an email as my drop off receipt. A totally E Z P Z experience!

PAUL WThe pick up location, the people were very kind and friendly. The issue was the straps that go over the front tires of the vehicle to secure the car to the car hauler were previously drug for quite a long time. They were too short to go over the tires and reach the ratchet to secure the vehicle to the trailer. I had to find an automotive store with ratchet straps that could handle the load that I was hauling. I had to buy an additional four sets of straps to secure the front tires and secure the rear of the vehicle to the trailer. The overall condition of the trailer was acceptable and the tires were in good condition. The ratchets to secure the vehicle to the trailer were corroded together. I had to soak them in WD-40 and force them to work properly.
MARK GThe floor inside was somewhat dirty. I could not see it when I first picked up the van. Because it was at night and the inside light did not come on. Also it smelled like smoke inside. Someone had recently smoked in the van.

MARIE GWhen I picked up the truck it smelled of paint, the floors had been painted and the door was left open so the floor was covered in snow. The drop off time should be extended especially if there is a drop box outside to leave keys
