Everything was good as expected and he was very helpful. He helped me hook up make sure everything works fine and see me off very friendly.

John ABetter signage, like a U Haul sign. If it wasn't for another truck parked off to the side, I wouldn't have known I found it. Excellent personnel there.

Mia MCharge the customer appropriately. I rented the trailer for 1 day, we were charged for 2. The gentleman at the store said he couldn't do anything as the contract was already closed out & gave me the number to Edward, the district manager. I have now been calling the manager for over a week, today was my 3rd voicemail being left and he will not call me back. Completely ridiculous & I wouldn't have left a bad review but not returning calls when they messed up is a total disregard for customer service. Things happen, that's fine, but fix the issue don't dodge my damn calls.
